هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظرية الذكاء الناجح في تنمية القدرات التحليلية والإبداعية والعملية والتفكير الرياضي لدى عينة من طلاب الصف الثاني المتوسط في مدينة الدمام بالمملكة العربية السعودية. اشتملت الدراسة على (62) طالباً تم توزيعهم عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين أحدهما تجريبية تم تعريضها للبرنامج التدريبي والأخرى ضابطة درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية، وأعد الباحث برنامجاً تدريبياً قائم على نظرية الذكاء الناجح ضمن مادة الرياضيات. وتم استخدام صورة سعودية من اختبار ستيرنبرغ الثلاثي للقدرات تم إعدادها وتطبيقها لقياس أثر البرنامج التدريبي على الطلاب، وتم التحقق من صدقه  وثباته، وقام الباحث بإعداد اختبار للتفكير الرياضي وتم التحقق من صدقه  وثباته. وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر دال إحصائيا للبرنامج التدريبي في تنمية التفكير التحليلي والإبداعي والعملي لدى طلاب المجموعة التجريبية مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة، كما وجد أثر دال إحصائياً للبرنامج التدريبي في التفكير الرياضي  للطلاب في المجموعة التجريبية. وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية تدريب وتأهيل الطلاب على نظرية الذكاء الناجح لما لها من أثر مباشر في تطوير وتحسين تفكير وتعلم الطلاب في مادة الرياضيات. This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a training program based on the theory of successful intelligence in developing the analytical, creative, practical and mathematical capabilities of a sample of second-grade middle school students in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The study included (62) students from the second intermediate grade students randomly distributed to two groups, one of which was an experimental one that was exposed to the training program and the other is a control She studied the traditional way. The researcher prepared a training program based on the theory of successful intelligence within mathematics. The researcher also Saudi image of the Sternberg Triangles of Abilities was prepared and applied to measure the effect of the training program on students, its validity and reliability were verified. The researcher prepared a mathematical thinking test, and his honesty and reliability were verified, The results showed that there is a statistically significant effect of the training program in developing the analytical, creative and practical thinking of the experimental group students compared to the control group. A significant statistical effect of the training program on mathematical thinking was also found for students in the experimental group. The study recommended the importance of training and qualifying students on the theory of successful intelligence because of its direct impact on developing and improving students' thinking and learning in mathematics.
