تتحدد أهداف الدراسة في التعرف على أهم العراقيل والصعوبات التي تقف في وجه الأستاذ أثناء سير حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية والتي تحول دون وصوله إلى تحقيق أهدافه؛ اقتراح حلول ملائمة للنهوض بمادة التربية البدنية والرياضية والوصول الى نتائج أفضل؛ فتح مجال للطالب إلى التفكير في مواضيع التوجيه والخوض فيها مستقبلا؛ إثراء مكتبتنا لتغطية النقص الموجود في مثل هذه البحوث. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي. عينة الدراسة 24 أستاذ للتعليم المتوسط لدائرة المنصورة. استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات جاء هذا البحث في فصول: الفصل الأول: الإطار العام للدراسة. الفصل الثاني: درس التربية البدنية والرياضية. الفصل الثالث: أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية. الفصل الرابع: مرحلة المراهقة الفصل الخامس: منهجية الدراسة. الفصل السادس: عرض وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج. الفصل السابع: الاستنتاجات والاقتراحات. أتت نتائج الدراسة كالتالي: 1) التلاميذ لا يشكلون عائق أمام الأستاذ لأن معظم الأساتذة صرحوا أن التلاميذ لديهم اهتمام بحصة التربية البدنية والرياضية. 2) كثرة التلاميذ في القسم الواحد لا يساعد على إجراء حصة التربية البدنية و الرياضية. 3) المنشآت والإمكانيات الرياضية المتاحة تشكل عائق أمام الأستاذ أثناء القيام بعمله. واقترح الباحث بـ: 1) ضرورة الاهتمام بحصة التربية البدنية والرياضية من طرف المسؤلين والنظر إليها كمادة أساسية. 2) إعادة النظر في تحديد أهداف التربية البدنية والرياضية وفق الظرف التعديلي الذي يمس قطاع التربية والتعليم. 3) ضرورة تجهيز أي مؤسسة تربوية بالوسائل والمنشآت لممارسة النشاطات البدنية والرياضية وذلك لتسهيل عملية التدريس. 4) تزويد المؤسسات التربوية بأساتذة مؤهلين. Study objectives: Determined in identifying the most important obstacles and difficulties that stand in the face of the professor during the course of the physical education and sports class that prevent him from achieving his goals. Proposing appropriate solutions to advance physical education and sports and reach better results. Opening an opportunity for the student to think about topics of guidance and delve into them in the future. Enriching our library to cover the shortage of such research. Study methodology: The researcher used the descriptive method. Study Population and Sample: The study sample is 24 professors of intermediate education for the Mansoura district. Data collection methods: using the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. Results of the study: Pupils do not constitute an obstacle to the professor because most of the teachers stated that pupils have an interest in the physical education and sports classes. The large number of students in one section does not help to conduct the physical education and sports class. The available sports facilities and facilities constitute an obstacle for the professor while performing his work. Suggestions: The necessity of paying attention to the physical education and sports class on the part of the officials and viewing it as a basic subject. Reconsider setting the objectives of physical education and sports according to the amending circumstance that affects the education sector. The necessity to equip any educational institution with the means and facilities for practicing physical and sports activities in order to facilitate the teaching process. Providing educational institutions with qualified teachers. Future hypotheses: Conducting a study on the difficulties and obstacles that face the professor while carrying out his work in other stages. Conducting similar research on different samples of age and gender. Further expansion of the research topic in the doctoral thesis. (Author’s abstract)
