هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى الريادة الإستراتيجية لدى مديري المدارس، وعلاقتها بالروح المعنوية لدى المعلمين في المدارس الأساسية الحكومية بمحافظة الزرقاء، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (500) معلمٍ ومعلمة من مديرية الزرقاء الاولى، حيث طبقت هذه الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام 2020/2021 وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي من خلال تطوير استبانة مكونة من جزأين يتناول الجزء الأول الريادة الاستراتيجية وتكونت من أربعة محاور هي (التفكير الريادي، القيادة الريادية، الثقافة الريادية، المرونة) وأُستخرج لها دلالات الصدق والثبات. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة الريادة الاستراتيجية لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية بمحافظة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة ، وكما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05= α) تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05= α)تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية، وتناول الجزء الثاني الروح المعنوية، وأُستخرج لها دلالات الصدق والثبات وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة الروح المعنوية لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية بمحافظة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وكما أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05= α) تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث، كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية(0.05= α) تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين درجة الريادة الإستراتيجية لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية بمحافظة الزرقاء والروح المعنوية لدى المعلمين في المدارس وأوصت الباحثة ضرورة العمل على عقد ورشات وبرامج تدريبية لمعلمي المدارس تعزز لديهم مستويات الروح المعنوية وعقد محاضرات وندوات لمديري ومديرات المدارس لزيادة الوعي حول أهمية تطبيق الريادة الاستراتيجية في عملية الإدارة المدرسية وكيفية تطبيقها بأفضل الطرق؛ وذلك بتطوير مجموعة من الآليات الفاعلة من أجل العمل على تعزيز العلاقة بين مديري المدارس والمعلمين و تفعيل دور مديري المدارس في تنمية مستويات الروح المعنوية لدى المعلمين خاصةً ذوي سنوات الخبرة القليلة وإجراء دراسات مستقبلية تستهدف البحث حول تطبيق الريادة الاستراتيجية من وجهة نظر المديرين أنفسهم. This study aimed to identify the strategic leadership of school principals, and its relationship to the morale of teachers in basic government schools in Zarqa Governorate, where the study sample consisted of (500) teachers from the First Zarqa District, where this study was applied in the second semester of the year 2020/2021. The relational descriptive approach was used through the development of a questionnaire consisting of two parts, the first part dealing with strategic leadership and consisting of four axes (entrepreneurial thinking, entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial culture, flexibility) and the indications of honesty and constancy were extracted for it. The results showed that the degree of strategic leadership of basic school principals in Zarqa Governorate from the teachers ’point of view was high, and the study also showed that there are statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender in all fields and the overall degree and the differences were in favor of females, and the study also showed that The presence of statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the effect of academic qualification and years of experience in all fields and the total degree, and the second part dealt with morale, and the indications of honesty and constancy were extracted for it, and the results showed that the degree of morale of basic school principals in Zarqa Governorate came from the teachers ’point of view With a high degree, and as the study showed the existence of statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the effect of gender in all fields and the overall degree, the differences came in favor of females, and the study also showed that there are no statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) attributed to the effect of academic qualification and years of experience in all Fields and overall score The study also showed a positive correlation between the degree of strategic leadership of basic school principals in Zarqa and the morale of teachers Schools and the researcher recommended the need to work on holding workshops and training programs for school teachers to enhance their levels of morale, and to hold lectures and seminars for school principals and principals to raise awareness about the importance of applying strategic leadership in the school management process and how to apply it in the best way. By developing a set of effective mechanisms in order to work to strengthen the relationship between school principals and teachers, to activate the role of school principals in developing the levels of morale of teachers, especially those with few years of experience, and to conduct future studies aimed at researching the application of strategic leadership from the point of view of the principals themselves.
