يهدف البحث الحالي إلى استكشاف أسس ومقومات بينية التخصصات كتوجه معاصر في البحث العلمي، ودورها المأمول في التطوير الإبستولوجي والمنهجي لبحوث الإدارة التربوية كمجال بيني بطبيعته، حيث تتمثل مشكلة البحث في ضعف الاعتماد على التخصصات البينية في إجراء البحوث والدراسات التي تتعلق بمشكلات أكاديمية وقضايا مجتمعية وتنموية تحتاج إلى وحدة المعرفة وتكاملها، بما يحقق شمولية المعالجة وتنوع الرؤية والمنظور المنهجي. واعتمد البحث في معالجته على المنهج الوصفي، مع الاستعانة بإجراء استطلاع رأي تم تطبيقه على عينة عددها (46) من الباحثين والمتخصصين في الإدارة التعليمية والتربية المقارنة وأصول التربية، بهدف استطلاع اَرائهم حول عدد من المحددات المقترحة لتحسين كفاءة البحث الإداري التربوي استنادا إلى بينية التخصصات. وقد توصل البحث في نتائجه إلى صياغة باراديم مقترح وفق عدد من المنطلقات، والمحددات التي تتضمن: الإبستمولوجيا أي مبادئ المعرفة ومصادرها، وأصولها المنطقية، لتشكيل المفاهيم والمصطلحات، وتطور مدلولاتها وقضاياها النظرية ومقارباتها للواقع، والميثودولوجيا التي تعبر عن منهجية البحث وتقنياته والمراحل العلمية التي يتم ممارستها من أجل الكشف عن واقع ما أوالبرهان على فرضيات وقيمتها ومداها الموضوعي، والأكسيولوجيا وما يتعلق بقيم وأخلاقيات البحث العلمي من التزام الأمانة العلمية، والنزاهة الأكاديمية، والقواعد المهنية. The current research aims to explore the foundations of interdisciplinarity as a contemporary approach in scientific research and its expected role in the development of epistology and methodology for educational management research as an interdisciplinary field by nature. The research problem is represented in the weak reliance on interdisciplinary research and studies related to academic and community problems or developmental issues that need the unity and integration of knowledge, to achieve comprehensive analysis and diversity of vision or methodological perspective. The research depended on the descriptive method, with the use of expert survey that was applied to a sample reached (46) of researchers and specialists in the fields of educational administration, comparative education and foundations of education to explore their views about a number of proposed determinants for the development of administrative research based on interdisciplinary approach. The research concluded with a proposed paradigm depending upon a number of principles and determinants for improving the efficiency of research, that include: Epistemology which refers to the principles and sources of knowledge, and its logical origins, to form concepts and terminology, and the evolution of its implications and theoretical issues and approaches to reality. The second determinant refers to methodology that concerns with the main perspective of research, its techniques, tools and the scientific stages that are practiced in order to reveal a reality or prove hypotheses value, their objective scope. The third determinant is axiology that refers to the values ​​and ethics of scientific research, the commitment to academic integrity and professional rules. (Published abstract)
