The study was designed to identify the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction in the governmental technical colleges in the Gaza governorates. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach as a study method. The questionnaire was used as a study tool using the comprehensive survey to survey the views of the study society. The sample consisted of 179 employees Of the employees in the technical colleges in the Gaza governorates. 156 questionnaires were retrieved from the questionnaire. The percentage of recovery was 87.3%. The results showed the following: The level of organizational justice in the heads of departments in the technical colleges in the governorates of Gaza was relatively high (65.805), with a level of approval (medium) The extent of job satisfaction among employees in the technical colleges in the Gaza governorates came at a relative weight of (70.599), with a degree of approval (large). There was a statistically significant relationship at the level of (≤0.05) between the organizational justice of department heads and the job satisfaction among the workers in the technical colleges in Gaza governorates. There is a trace of the organizational justice of the heads of departments on the job satisfaction of the workers in the technical colleges in the Gaza governorates. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α0.05) between the average responses of the respondents on the organizational justice of department heads and the job satisfaction of the workers in the technical colleges in the Gaza governorates due to the variables (gender, academic qualification, number of years of service, Workplace). The study concluded that a set of recommendations, including: The management of the technical colleges in the Gaza governorates should evaluate the performance of the employees objectively and without bias. The technical colleges' administration in the Gaza governorates should provide opportunities for promotion of employees according to achievement. To build the pension system in the technical colleges in the Gaza governorates on the basis of justice because it has a positive impact on older workers. The management of technical colleges in the Gaza governorates should adopt the system of incentives and rewards for workers. The management of the technical colleges in the Gaza governorates should clarify the concept of organizational justice for their employees. The Department of Technical Colleges in the Gaza Governorates should conduct workshops and training courses in order to enhance the spirit of joint work, develop the work and break the routine pattern of work.
