هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على درجة توافر معايير الجودة في الأداء التدريسي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة البيضاء، ومن ثم إعداد تصور مقترح لتطوير الأداء التدريسي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة البيضاء في ضوء معايير الجودة. ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لقياس درجة توافر معايير الجودة في الأداء التدريسي لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة البيضاء، والمنهج البنائي لتقديم التصور المقترح. وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من (264) طالب وطالبة. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (192) طالب وطالبة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبيان مكون من (63) عبارة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي (الصفات الشخصية – التخطيط – التنفيذ – التقويم). وقد توصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: إن درجة توافر معايير الجودة في الأداء التدريسي لعضو هيئة التدريس بجامعة البيضاء، بشكل عام بتقدير متوسط، وكذلك في جميع مجالات أداة الدراسة. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغيرات (النوع –المستوى الدراسي). وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث تصور مقترح يمكن تطبيقه لتطوير الأداء التدريسي لدى عضو هيئة التدريس بجامعة البيضاء في ضوء معايير الجودة. The present study aimed at preparing a proposal to develop teaching performance of the staff members at Al-Bayda University in light of quality standards. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study population consisted of all the students of the Faculty of Education and Science at Al-Bayda University. The study sample consisted of all the fourth and third level students of the Faculty of Education and Science at Al-Bayda University. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (63) phrases distributed over four areas (personal qualities - planning - implementation - evaluation). The current study has come up with a lot of results, the most important of them are: The availability degree of quality standards in the performance of staff members of the Faculty of Education and Science at Al-Bayda University, is generally average, as well as in all areas of the study tool. There were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) among the means of the study sample responses according to the variable of gender. There were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) among the means of the study sample responses according to the variable of study level. Based on the study results, the researcher presented a proposal to develop teaching performance of the staff members in the light of quality standards. In light of study results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions, the most important of them are: Adopting the proposed vision as well as holding training courses and workshops to develop teaching performance of the staff members at Al Bayda University in the light of performance quality standards and designing a training program to develop the performance of the staff members, in the light of performance quality standards.
