يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة دور الاقتصاد المعرفي في تحقيق الابداع التكنولوجي بالتعليم الجامعي المعاصروذلك من خلال تعرف مفهوم وسمات وخصائص اقتصاد المعرفة بالإضافة إلى توضيح مفهوم وسمات وخصائص الابداع التكنولوجي ومن ثم تعرف مقومات الاقتصاد المعرفي لتحقيق الابداع التكنولوجي في نظم التعليم المعاصرة وتعرف أدوات وأليات الاقتصاد المعرفي لتحقيق الإبداع التكنولوجي في التعليم الجامعي المعاصر. توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة تبني سياسات وطنية كفيلة بإحداث نقلة نوعية في بنية الاقتصاد للانتقال من اقتصاد قائم على الريع والانشطة الاقتصادية التقليدية منخفضة القيمة المضافة الى بنية تنموية جديدة تنطلق من اقتصادات المعرفة . The purpose of this research is to know the role of the knowledge economy in achieving technological innovation in contemporary university education, by defining the concept, characteristics and characteristics of the knowledge economy, in addition to clarifying the concept, features and characteristics of technological innovation, and thus defining the components of the knowledge economy to achieve technological innovation in contemporary education systems. The tools and mechanisms of the knowledge economy are known to achieve technological innovation in contemporary university education. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to adopt national policies that can make a qualitative leap in the structure of the economy to move from a rent-based economy to low-value traditional economic activities to a new development infrastructure based on knowledge economies.
