هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف علي طبيعة العلاقة بين الصلابة النفسية وبعض المتغيرات النفسية والاجتماعية كما تتمثل في (الرفاهة النفسية والاغتراب) لدى عينة من الشباب الجامعي، وقد تكونت العينة الأساسية للدراسة من (300) طالب وطالبة من طلاب كلية التربية - جامعة عين شمس (142الذكور، 158من الإناث) وتتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (18 - 23)، واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية (مقياس الصلابة النفسية) (إعداد الباحثة) مقياس الرفاهة النفسية (إعداد الباحثة) مقياس الاغتراب (إعداد الباحثة)، واستخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية التالية (معامل الارتباط بيرسون طريقة التجزئة النصفية، معامل الثبات (ألفا)، تحليل التباين الثنائي، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، نمذجة المعادلة البنائية). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: يوجد لدي عينة الدراسة علاقات إرتباطية دالة وموجبة بين درجات الطلاب علي مقياس الصلابة النفسية (كدرجة كلية وكأبعاد فرعية) ودرجاتهم علي مقياس الرفاهة النفسية (كدرجة كلية وكأبعاد فرعية). 2) يوجد لدي عينة الدراسة علاقات إرتباطية دالة وسالبة بين درجات الطلاب على مقياس الصلابة النفسية (كدرجة كلية وكأبعاد فرعية) ودرجاتهم على مقياس الاغتراب (كدرجة كلية وكأبعاد فرعية). 3) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب على مقياس الصلابة النفسية كدرجة كلية وكأبعاد فرعية تعزي إلى تأثير النوع (ذكور/إناث) باستثناء بعد الالتزام فتوجد فروق لصالح الإناث وبعد التحكم فتوجد فروق لصالح الذكور، كما لا توجد فروق تعزي إلى التخصص (علمي/أدبي) باستثناء بعد التحكم فتوجد فروق لصالح التخصصات الأدبية، كما لا توجد فروق تعزي إلى تأثير التفاعل الثنائي للنوع والتخصص كدرجة كلية وأبعاد فرعية. 4) لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب على مقياس الرفاهة النفسية كدرجة كلية وأبعاد فرعية تعزي إلى تأثير النوع (ذكور/إناث) باستثناء بعد العلاقات الإيجابية مع الأجرين فتوجد فروق لصالح الإناث، كما لا توجد فروق تعزي إلى تأثير التخصص (علمي/أدبي) باستثناء بعدي (العلاقات الإيجابية مع الآخرين/تقبل الذات) فتوجد فروق لصالح التخصصات الأدبية، كما لا توجد فروق تعزي إلى تأثير التفاعل الثنائي للنوع والتخصص كدرجة كلية وأبعاد فرعية. 5) توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات الطلاب على مقياس الاغتراب كدرجة كلية وكأبعاد فرعية تعزي إلى تأثير النوع (ذكور/إناث) في اتجاه الذكور باستثناء أبعاد (العجز/اللامعني/التشيؤ/التمرد) فلا توجد فروق، كما توجد فروق تعزي إلى تأثير التفاعل الثنائي للنوع (ذكور/إناث)، التخصص (علمي/أدبي) باستثناء بعدي (اللامعنى/التشيؤ/ العجز) فلا توجد فروق، بينما لا توجد فروق تعزي إلى تأثير التخصص (علمي/أدبي) كدرجة كلية وأبعاد فرعية. 6) مطابقة نموذج المعادلة البنائية المقترح للعلاقات بين الصلابة النفسية والرفاهة النفسية والاغتراب مع بيانات عينة الدراسة حيث يوجد للصلابة النفسية تأثير موجب على الرفاهة النفسية، وتأثير سالب على الاغتراب. The current study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between psychological hardiness and some psychological and social variables as represented by (psychological well-being and alienation) among a sample of the university youth. The basic sample of the study consisted of (300) students from the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University (142 males, 158 females). They ranged in age from 18 to 23 years. The researcher used the following tools: The researcher used the following statistical methods: (psychological hardiness Scale) (prepared by the researcher) (psychological wellbeing Scale) (prepared by the researcher), (Alienation Scale) (prepared by the researcher). In addition, the researcher used the following statistical methods: (Pearson correlation coefficient, Split - Half Method, Reliability coefficient (Cronbach’s Alpha), binary statement analysis, the arithmetic mean, the standard deviation, alienation equation modeling). The results of the study were as follow: 1) The study sample has functional and positive correlations between students’ scores on the scale of hardiness as a total score and as sub-dimensions (and their scores on the psychological well-being scale) as a total score and as sub-dimensions. 2) The study sample has a functional and negative correlations relationship between the students’ scores on the psychological rigidity scale (as a total score and secondary dimensions) and their degrees on the alienation scale (as a total score and as sub-dimensions). 3) There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of students on the scale of psychological hardiness as a total score and as sub-dimensions attributed to the impact of gender (male / female), except after commitment. Thus, there are differences in favor of females. After control, there are differences in favor of males, and there are no differences attributed to the disciplines ( scientific/ literary disciplines), except after control, there are differences in favor of literary disciplines, and there are no differences attributed to the effect of the dual interaction of gender and specialization as a total degree and sub-dimensions. 4) There are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of students on the psychological well-being scale as a total score and as sub - dimensions that are attributed to the impact ‎ of gender (males/females) except for some positive relationships with others. There are differences in favor of females. There are no differences attributed to the disciplines ( scientific/ literary disciplines), except the two dimensions of (Positive Relationships with Others/Self-Acceptance), and there are no differences attributed to the impact of the dual interaction of gender and specialization as a total score and sub-dimensions. 5) There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of students on the scale of alienation as a total score and as sub-dimensions attributed to the impact of gender (males/females) in the favor of males except for the dimensions (disability/ meaninglessness/ reification/ rebellion) There are no differences therein. Moreover, there are no differences attributed to the impact of specialization (scientific / literary) as a total score and Sub-dimensions. 6) Matching between the proposed constructionist equation model to the relationship between psychological hardiness, psychological well-being and alienation with the study sample data, where psychological hardiness has a positive effect on psychological well-being and negative impact on alienation.
