هدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على النظرية البنائية وتعرف أثره على تنمية مهارات التدريس الإبداعي لدى معلمات اللغة العربية وأثره على تنمية الطلاقة اللغوية لدى طالباتهن بالصف الأول المتوسط. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف أعدت الباحثة بطاقة ملاحظة مهارات التدريس الإبداعي لمعلمات اللغة العربية وعددهن (15) معلمة، واختبارًا للطلاقة اللغوية لطالبات الصف الأول المتوسط وعددهن (150) طالبة. وطبقت أدوات البحث قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي المقترح القائم على النظرية البنائية، ثم طبقت أدوات البحث بعديًا. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات معلمات اللغة العربية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات طالبات الصف الأول المتوسط في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار الطلاقة اللغوية لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الباحثة بعض التوصيات. The research aimed at designing a proposed training program based on the constructive theory and recognizing its effect on developing creative teaching skills of female Arabic language teachers and its effect on developing linguistic fluency of their 1st intermediate grade students. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared an observation card that included creative teaching skills of (15) female Arabic language teachers and a language fluency test for (150) 1st intermediate grade students. The instruments of the study were applied before applying the proposed training program that was built on the constructive theory then the instruments were post applied. The results indicated that there were significant differences (0.05) between the mean scores of female Arabic language teachers in the pre and post applications of the observation card in favor of the post application. There were also significant differences (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the pre and post applications of the observation card in favor of the post application. In the light of these results, the researcher provided some recommendations. (Author’s abstract)
