This study aimed at finding out the degree of practicing servant leadership by governmental secondary school principals in Madaba governorate and its relation to prevailing organizational climate in their schools from teachers and assistant principals’ point of view. The sample of the study consisted of two categories: teachers category and their number was (234) teachers, with (110) male teachers and (124) female teachers. They were drawn from the population of the study by using proportional stratified random sample method. The second category was assistant principals. Their number was (31) individuals. Due to the small size of the category, they were all selected and added to the study sample. The total number of the total sample was (265) teachers and assistant principals. To collect the data of the study, two questionnaires were developed: the first was to measure the degree of practicing servant leadership by governmental secondary school principals, and the second was to measure the degree of prevailing organizational climate, in their schools. Validity and reliability of the tools were assured. The findings of the study indicated that the degree of practicing servant leadership by governmental secondary school principals in Madaba governorate from teachers and assistant principals’ point of view was medium. The mean was (3.64) with a standard deviation of (0.54).The degree of prevailing organizational climate in these schools was medium too. Its mean was (3.56) and a standard deviation of (0.54).There was a positive significant correlational relationship at (α=0.01) between the degree of practicing servant leadership and the degree of prevailing organizational climate. The value of Pearson correlation coefficient was (0.82), and found a positive correlational relationship at (α=0.01) between all organizational climate fields except “disengagement” field and all servant leadership fields. There was no significant correlation at (α=0.05). The findings showed that there were significant differences at (α=0.05) between the means of the degree of practicing servant leadership attributed to sex variable, in favor of female teachers. In the total score, while there were no significant differences at (α=0.05) in the total score attributed to years of service and academic qualification variables. With regard to the degree of prevailing organizational climate, the findings showed no significant differences at (α=0.05) in the total score of service and academic qualification variables. In light of the study findings the researcher recommended the following: Holding training courses for the principals of governmental secondary schools in Madaba governorate, addressing the servant leadership, in terms of its, importance objectives and how to practice it as well as the organizational climate with regard to its components, its importance and how to create an organizational climate within the school suitable for the educational process.
