This study aimed at showing the effect of organizational culture on institutional performance (a field study on Al-Nasser University). The researchers relied on the analytical descriptive approach. The previous sources and references were used to construct the theoretical framework of the study. The data were collected by means of the questionnaire, The sample of the study reached (102) employees of the University of Nasser, and the study reached a number of conclusions, namely: the existence of a relationship and the impact of a strong and a strong level of organizational culture and all dimensions The study found that the reality of a high level of organizational culture in all its dimensions at the University of Nasser and this result reflects the existence of a strong organizational culture at the university and considered As a result of the fact that the university has a strong organizational culture that helps it achieve institutional performance. All the paragraphs of the questionnaire for administrative innovation were high. All the articles of the questionnaire on institutional performance were high, and this result reflects a great institutional performance The university needs to increase the involvement of the staff in developing the methods and procedures of work at the university and encourage the creativity of employees, departments and departments and attention to training, One of the most important recommendations of the study: It is useful for the University of Nasser to make greater efforts to reach the leadership in the field of academic education by focusing more on organizational culture and its different dimensions, because of its impact on improving institutional performance, A mechanism at the level of application of organizational culture and institutional performance in the university to achieve leadership, the university must interest in the organizational culture of the great impact on corporate performance and improve the work in general and interest in all its dimensions and attached attention to strengthening the strong organizational culture.
