The subject of this study is the effectiveness of educational learning suggestion program based on learning belong brain theory which consists a set of educational learning strategies in increase learning performance academic achievement, learning motivation and to develop some critical and creative thinking skills; where put the issue (build the program with specific educational strategies, and variables of academic achievement, learning motivation and critical and creative thinking skills) as a problem put on procedural in research of effect level and the relationships between them, and proposed epistemology to research about the best formulations to educational and learning situations that develop creative, critical and motivation abilities and increase academic achievement level. The aims of this study are: 1) Build educational learning program consisted principals and strategies of results of brain research and its appointment according to special educational situation. 2) Test the effectiveness of suggestion program with selected educational - learning strategies – experimental - improving the efficacy of some practical educational variables (achievement, learning motivation, creative thinking skills with its dimension (Originality, flexibility and fluency) and critical thinking skills with its dimension (analysis, evaluation, conclusion, reasoning and induction). This study used experimental method (experimental group and control group) with pre and post measurements. The sample of the study included 60 students in first year university in sport. The study tools are: Learning - educational program designed according to this strategies (learning strategies based on research, meaning build (K_w_ L), Brainstorming (thinking), Cooperative learning, controversy, discussion, Organizer formal (conceptual map - mental), brain activation strategy) _ Academic Achievement Test in general psychology scale. Learning Motivation Scale. Critical Thinking Test (California critical thinking scale). _ Creative Thinking Test (Said Kheir Allah). It was accounted psychometric characteristics of the tools to ensure their validity. The study used several statistical processors to calculate the validity and reliability, as well as to calculate the results of the study using the statistical analysis system SPSS v20. The results of this study are: 1) There is an effect of educational - learning program belongs to brain learning theory in developing learning performance with its dimensions where it found: a) There are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in post measurement of academic achievement for experimental group. b) There are significant differences between pre and post measurement of academic achievement in experimental group for post measurement. The results indicated the size of the effect and the coefficient "Black" to a high degree of influence and effectiveness. c) There are a statistical significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in post measurement of learning motivation for the experimental group. d) There are a significant differences between pre and post measurement of learning motivation in the experimental group for post measurement. The results indicated the size of the effect and the coefficient "Black" to a very high degree of influence and effectiveness. 2) The study revealed a significant effect of educational _ learning program in the development of critical thinking skills with its dimensions. It reached that there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the post measurement of critical thinking skills for the experimental group. As well as there are significant differences between pre and post measurements of the critical thinking skills in the experimental group for the post measurement. The size of the effect with its different forms between was medium and high. 3) There are an effect of educational _ learning program which experienced, in the development of the creative thinking skills with its dimensions. There were statistical significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in post measurement of creative thinking skills and the total score for the experimental group. And there are also significant differences between pre and post measurement of the creative thinking skills among the experimental group for post measurement. It also indicated a high effect size. It was discussed and interpreted the results in light of previous studies and theoretical part and experimental conditions and the study found also a set of recommendations and suggestions.
