تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدي المرأة العاملة بجامعة كرري "مجمع الكليات الطبية" استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة إستبانة البيانات الأولية ومقياس ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسي ومقياس الأداء الوظيفي، وبلغ حجم العينة (50) عاملة تم إختيارهن بالطريقة القصدية (العمدية). وللتحقق من البيانات، استخدمت الباحثة الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية وتم إستخدام الإساليب الإحصائية معادلة الفاكروبناخ لحساب الصدق والثبات، النسبة المئوية، وإختبار (ت) لعينة مجتمع واحد لدلالة الفروق حول آراء المبحوثين وإختبار تحليل التباين الآحادي (أنوفا) لمعرفة الفروق في أبعاد الاحتراق النفسي، ومعامل إرتباط بيرسون لمعرفة العلاقة بين متغيرين. وبعد التحليل توصلت الباحثة الي النتائج التالية: 1) يتسم الاحتراق النفسي لدي المرأة العاملة بجامعة كرري "مجمع الكليات الطبية" بالإنخفاض. 2) يتسم الأداء الوظيفي لدي المرأة العاملة بجامعة كرري " مجمع الكليات الطبية " بالإرتفاع. 3) توجد علاقة إرتباطية دلالة بين الاحتراق النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدي المرأة العاملة بجامعة كرري "مجمع الكليات الطبية" تعزى لمتغير الحالة الإجتماعية. 4) توجد علاقة إرتباطية دلالة بين الاحتراق النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدي المرأة العاملة بجامعة كرري " مجمع الكليات الطبية " تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة. 5) توجد علاقة إرتباطية دلالة بين الاحتراق النفسي والأداء الوظيفي لدي المرأة العاملة بجامعة كرري "مجمع الكليات الطبية " تعزى لمتغير المؤهل الأكاديمي. من خلال نتائج الدراسة ومناقشتها توصي الباحثة بالآتي : 1) تقدير جهودهن ورفع معنوياتهن بالتشجيع والشكر والاعتراف بفضلهن بشهادات التقدير والشكر .2) التدريب والتأهيل المستمر للمعلمات لزيادة القدرة علي التفكير المبدع وكيفية ادارة الوقت واستغلاله بكفاءة. 3) الإهتمام بتدريب المرؤوسين علي كيفية تقديم المساعدة والمساندة للمعلمات الاقل خبرة بصفة خاصة حتى لايشعرو بأنهمن بمناي عن الإدارة .4) توعية المعلمات بطبيعة الخصائص العمرية لتلاميذ الجامعا . 5) توعية المرأة العاملة بالإهتمام بتنمية أساليب مواجهة فعالة تقيهم وتجنبهم التعرض للمواقف الضاغطة، وتساعدهم علي التعامل مع المشكلات بطريقة فعالة. 6) الإهتمام بالدعم المادي والمعنوي للمعلمات، لأن رضا الفرد عن مهنته وأداءه الوظيفي هو أول مراحل إنجازه المهني، ومن ثم تفادي إصابته بالاحتراق النفسي .(ملخص المؤلف)

The aim of this study to know the relationship between the psychological combustion and functionality to women working at the University of Karrary “a complex medical college” used researcher descriptive approach, in order to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used to identify the initial data for the measurement of “Maslach” psychological combustion, Accelerometer functionality , the sample size (50) working groups were selected in the manner of the wilful (intentional) to validate the data used researcher statistical packets of Social Sciences and the use of statistical methods “cronbach's alpha” for honesty and firmness, percentage, and Testing (T). A sample one society was a sign of the differences on the sampling and testing of the variance analysis unilateral disengagement (nova) to learn the differences in the dimensions of the psychological combustion, and labs Pearson Link to know the relationship between the two variables after analysis researcher reached the following results: 1) is psychological combustion to working women Karrary, University of Karrary “complex medical colleges” in decline. 2) is the functionality of the women working at the University of Karrary“ complex medical colleges” rise. 3) There is a correlation between the indication of psychological combustion and functionality to women working at the University of Karrary “complex medical colleges “attributable to a variable social situation. 4) There is a correlation between the indication of psychological combustion and functionality to women working at the University of Karrary “complex medical colleges” attributable to a variable year of experience. 5) There is a correlation between the indication of psychological combustion and functionality to women working at the University of Karrary “complex medical colleges” attributable to a variable academic. The most important recommendations: through the results of the study and discussion of the researcher recommends the following: 1) Estimate the effort to raise the morale of women encouraged and thanks to the certificates of appreciation and gratitude. 2) training and further training of female teachers to increase capacity for creative thinking and how to manage and exploit time efficiently. 3) Attention to training subordinates on how to provide assistance and support to the parameter experience at least in particular so as not to feel they are immune from the administration. 4) The awareness of the parameters of course age characteristics for students in universities. 5) the awareness of working women the attention to the development of methods of effectively face starvation and sparing exposure to the stressful positions and help them to deal with the problems in an effective manner. 6) Attention to material support and moral parameters, because the consent of the individual for the profession career performance is the first stages accomplished vocational and thus avoid being psychological vaporization.
