تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف علي استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في تدريب طلاب كليات التربية في الجامعات السودانية على طرق التدريس الحديثة وتعزيز الكفايات المهنية ومواكبة التطورات الحديثة لتكنولوجيا التعليم في برامج اعداد المعلمين وكيفية استخدامها في العملية التعليمية، في كليات التربية ومدى مقدار توافر المعايير والاتجاهات التي يقوم عليها مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم في برامج الاعداد بكليات التربية. اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام الاستبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة البالغ (150) فرداً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من كليات التربية السودانية بالعاصمة والولايات. استخدام الباحث الحزم الاحصائيه للعلوم الاجتماعيه لمنهج الوصفي التحليلي (SPSS) لتحليل البيانات من خلال استخدام(مربع كاي) والفاكرونباخ لقياس الصدق والثبات الاستبانة. بعد اجراء البحث فقد توصل الباحث لعدد من النتائج أهمها: إن اساتذة الجامعات لهم اتجاهات ايجابية حول استخدام مفاهيم تكنولوجيا التعليم في تجويد الاداء. إن اسهام تكنولوجيا التعليم في تجويد استخدام الوسائل التعليمية في مناهج التدريس ارتبط بالوسائل التقنية الحديثة. عدم تمليك الطالب المتدرب القدرة في استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم جعلهم لا يولون ًاهتماما في إستخدامها بصورة منهجية. إن استخدام الوسائل في تصميم التدريس لديه اهمية كبرى في تحسين اداء المتدربين. عدم اقامة ورش عمل المتكررة أدى إلى غياب الاستاذ الجامعي عن المفهوم الضمني لمنهج الوسيلة التعليمية حتى أصبحت الوسيلة جزءاً ثانوياً وليس أساسياً يعين الأستاذ والطالب. استخدام الوسائل الحديثة في مناهج طرق التدريس ارتبط بتكنولوجيا التعليم. أسلوب تكنولوجيا التعليم ساهم في تحديد مستويات المهارات التدريبية لدي الطلاب بنسبة عالية جداً. فقد توصل الباحث الي العديد من التوصيات منها: 1) إنشاء قسم خاص لتكنولوجيا التعليم بكليات التربية يمنح درجة البكالوريوس في التخصص. 2) وضع خطط لاعداد وتدريب الطلاب المعلمين في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم. 3) ادخال مقررات جديدة لستخدام التقنيات الحديثة بكليات التربيه السودانية. 4) انشاء وحدات لتصميم برامج تكنولوجيا التعليم داخل كليات التربية تكون جاهزة لاستخدامها في المواد التعليمية المختلفة. 5) دعم البحوث والخطط التعليمية ، واعداد كوادر بشرية مؤهلة في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم. 6) تطوير المقررات الدراسية في برامج إعداد المعلمين ووضع استراتيجيات جديدة. 7) توظيف تقنية المعلومات والاتصال ونظم المعرفة المختلفة في اعداد الطلاب المعلمين بكليات التربيه السودانية. This study aimed to investigate the use of educational technology in training of students of the collages of education in Sudanese universities on modern teaching methods ,enhancing the professional competences of educational technology in teacher training programmers , keeping pace with modern and high technologies in teachers training programmers, how to use them in teaching processes in teacher training programmers in the collages of education, and the extent to which the exiting standards and trends are based on the field of educational technology in the teacher training programmers at colleges of education. The researcher has adopted the analytical descriptive method by using the questionnaire for collecting data for a samples that comprises of (150) participants that were drawn from the academic staff of Sudanese colleges of education in Khartoum, the capital city and other states. The researcher used statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) for data analysis. Qui Square, alpha corona Bach were used for measuring reliability and validity. After having conducted the research, the following important results have been arrived at: 1) The university academic staff have positive attitudes towards the use of educational technology concepts in terms of improving their performance. 2) The educational technology contributes in setting the use of educational technology in educational syllabus has been linked to modern technology. 3) The student- teacher lacks the ability to use educational technology has rendered him/her less concerned in using them properly. 4) The use of educational technology in designing teaching materials has greater significant in improving the trainee's performance. 5) Lack of organizing workshops routinely has led to lack of knowledge about the implied concepts of teaching aids' methods which has not considered as something essential that can help both the teachers and students. 6) The use of modern methods in the curriculum has been associated with educational technology. 7) Educational technology approach contributes in specify the levels of training skills among students with high degrees. The researcher has come up with the following important recommendations: 1) Setting up a department of educational technology in the colleges of education awarding bachelor degree in the named specialization. 2) Drawing up plans for training student-teachers in the field of educational technology. 3) Introducing new syllabus on using modern technologies in the colleges of education. 4) Establishing units for designing educational technology programs in the colleges of education that should be ready for use in various courses. 5) Supporting researches, educational plans and training qualified cadres in the field of educational technology. 6) Formulating new strategies in developing educational syllabus in teacher training programme. 7) Making use of information technology, communication and various branches of knowledge in teacher training at the Sudanese colleges of education.
