هدف هذا البحث إلى تقويم برنامج تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في جامعة إفريقيا العالمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين وخبراء اللغة العربية. لمعرفة مدى الالتزام بالمعايير المعمول بها في تصميم برامج تعليم اللغات الأجنبية، للمساهمة في تحليل وتقويم هذه البرامج بهدف تحديثها وتطويرها. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على أداتي الاستبانة والمقابلة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من أساتذة كلية اللغة العربية بجامعة إفريقيا العالمية والبالغ عددهم (42) أستاذاً وأستاذة. وخبراء اللغة العربية في جامعة إفريقيا العالمية ويبلغ عددهم (10) خبراء. استخدمت الباحثة عدّة أساليب إحصائية منها النِّسب المئوية والوسيط والقيمة الاحتمالية. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث التالي: 1) تتطابق أهداف برامج تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في جامعة إفريقيا العالمية مع معايير أهداف تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها. 2) طبيعة المحتوى اللغوي في برنامج تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها بجامعة إفريقيا العالمية يتناسب مع الفئات المستهدفة. 3) الوسائل التعليمية المستخدمة في برنامج تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها في جامعة إفريقيا العالمية تقليدية وتحتاج إلى التحديث والتطوير لمواكبة حركة تطوير تقنيات التعليم. على ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث تُقدِّم الباحثة التوصيات التالية: 1) دعوة العاملين في مجال تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها إلى إعادة النظر في برامج تعليم اللغة العربية في جامعة إفريقيا العالمية وذلك بهدف تطويرها. 2) ضرورة توفير الأجهزة والوسائل التعليمية الحديثة في كلية اللغة العربية بجامعة إفريقيا العالمية. 3) إقامة ندوات ومؤتمرات علمية خاصة تدرس مشكلات تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها، واتخاذ التوصيات اللازمة وتطبيقها على أرض الواقع. This research aimed to assess the program of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers in the International University of Africa, from the point of view of teachers and Arabic language experts. To determine the extent of compliance with the standards in the design of foreign language learning programs, and to contribute to the analysis and evaluation of these programs in order to update and develop them. The researcher used the descriptive approach and relied on the questionnaire and interview tools. The sample of the study consisted of the professors of the Faculty of Arabic Language at the International University of Africa, which they were 42 professors and Arabic language experts at the International University of Africa and they were 10 experts. The researcher used several statistical methods, including percentages, medium and probability value. The most important findings of the research are the following: 1) The objectives of the program of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers at the International University of Africa are consistent with the standards and objectives of teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers. 2) The nature of the linguistic content of Arabic language programs for non-native speakers is consistent with the target groups. 3) The teaching aids and techniques used in Arabic language programs forenoon-Arabic speakers at the International University of Africa are traditional methods that need to be updated and developed to keep up with the development of educational techniques. In the light of the findings, the researcher provide the following recommendations: 1) Call on those working in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers to review the programs of teaching Arabic language at the International University of Africa in order to develop them. 2) The need to provide modern teaching aids and devices in the Faculty of Arabic Language at the International University of Africa. 3) Holding special scientific seminars and conferences to study the problems of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers and making the necessary recommendations and applying them on the ground.
