هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تصميم برنامج تدريبي لتحسين مهارتي القراءة والكتابة لدى فئة ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة القابلة للتعلم، ثم التعرف على مدى فاعلية البرنامج مع هؤلاء الأفراد من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية من حيث تحسين مهارتي القراءة والكتابة لديهم. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي القائم على المجموعة الواحدة مع قياسين قبلي وبعدي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة القابلين للتعلم بمركز الأحباب لذوي الإعاقات الذهنية المتعددة بمحلية الخرطوم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 5 أفراد من الذكور والإناث تمّ اختيارىم بالطريقة القصدية. واستخدمت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة ثلاثة أدوات من إعداد الباحثة متمثلة في استبيان المعلومات الأولية واختبار مهارتي القراءة والكتابة وبرنامج تدريبي، وبعد أن عولجت البيانات إحصائياً باستخدام الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) ومن أهم المعالجات اختبار (ت)، التوزيع التكراري، النسبة المئوية، الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري. وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج هي: تتميز السمة العامة للبرنامج بدرجة فاعلية عالية، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى القراءة والكتابة لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج وذلك لصالح القياس البعدي، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى القراءة والكتابة لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة تعزى لمتغير العمر وذلك لصالح الفئة العمرية الأكبر، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى القراءة والكتابة لدى الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية البسيطة تعزى لمتغير النوع وذلك لصالح الإناث. وختمت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات والمقترحات وكان من أهم التوصيات التي توصلت إليها الدراسة هي:الاهتمام بفئة الإعاقة الفكرية بشكل عام الفئة القابلة للتعلم بشكل خاص والنظر لهم نظرة جادة باعتبارهم شريحة ميلة من شرائح المجتمع، تصميم برامج متنوعة تناسب خصائصهم الجسمية والفكرية بحيث تراعي فيها الفروق الفردية. The present study aimed to design a training program to improve the tow skills of the reading and writing at the rate of the children with minor mental disabilities to who can learn than to know the scope of the effectiveness with its amelioration the reading and writing to them the researcher used the experimental curriculum which is stand on the one collection with standard tribal and past measurements and it represent the community of the studying in the children with a simple mental disability that can be learned in the ALAHBAB center for people with multiple mental disabilities in Khartoum and the study sample formed of (5) children and they selected by age and the investigator use in this study three tools represented in the preliminary information questionnaire and the selection the skills of writing and reading training program and After the data were treated statistically by using the statistical packages of the social sciences (SPSS) it’s the most important test processors (T) and the researcher came up with a number of results the most important there are statistically significant violations at level of reading writing AT the children with minor mental disabilities before and after the Application of the program and that is for telemetry and there is statistically significant violations in the reading and writing at the children with minor mental disabilities Due to change in age and for the benefit of the big ages and there are significant statistical violations in the level of reading and writing at the children with minor mental disabilities Due to the change of gender and behavior in favor of man. The Study Concluded with a number of recommendations and suggestions. one of the most important recommendations of the study was the attention to the intellectual disability category in general and the class that can be learned from them in particular and to consider them as serious as a segment of the society and design programs that fit their physical and mental and characteristics so as to take into account of individual differences.
