The study aims at investigating the degree of the employees’ practice of organizational citizenship behavior in Hebron Northern and Central Directorates of Education by recognizing the degree of organizational citizenship behavior with its various dimensions (Courtesy, Altruism, Sportsmanship, Conscientiousness, and Civic Virtue). The population of the study consisted of all of the administration employees at Hebron Northern and Central Directorates of Education. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used exploratory descriptive approach, and used the mixed method for collecting the data. The researcher conducted (10) unstructured interviews with the snowball sample of the employees in the researched Directorates of Education. After that, interviews were manually analyzed. Then (176) questionnaires were distributed by census survey, which includes all the employees at Hebron Northern and Central Directorates of Education. (146) questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS. After that, (12) structured interviews were conducted with a purposive sample which included both academic experts and experts by virtue of experiences, and the interviews were analyzed manually. The researcher found out that: 1) The degree of the employees’ practice of the organizational citizenship behavior at Hebron Northern and Central Directorates of Education was high. 2) The degree of the employees’ practice of the various dimensions of the organizational citizenship behavior was high. 3) The highest degree of the employees’ practice of the various dimensions of the organizational citizenship behavior were ordered as: Courtesy, Conscientiousness, Altruism, Sportsmanship, and finally civic virtue. 4) It was found that organizational Culture is the most important reason for the employees ’practice of the organizational citizenship behavior which is attributed to the organizational environment of the directorate from the point of view of the expert sample. 5) It was found that Self-Motivation is the most important reason why the employees’ practice of the organizational citizenship behavior is due to the personal determinants of the employee.
