هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات مديرات مدارس رياض الأطفال في حل المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجههن من وجهة نظر المديرات انفسهن بدولة الكويت، وبيان الاختلاف في تصورات عينة الدراسة نحو تصورات مديرات مدارس رياض الأطفال في حل المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجههن في دولة الكويت تعزى لمتغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة). ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، من خلال تطوير استبانة مكونة من (41) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات وهي (الادارة المدرسية، والمعلمات، والمناهج الدراسية، والطلبة) وتم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. تكون مجتمع الدّراسة من جميع مديرات مدارس رياض الأطفال في المناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت والبالغ عددهن (209) مديرة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (158) مديرة من المناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت، وتم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. بينت النتائج أن تصورات مديرات مدارس رياض الأطفال في حل المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجههن من وجهة نظرهن جاءت مرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) لتقديرات عينة الدِّراسة على مجالات تصورات مديرات مدارس رياض الأطفال في حل المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجههن في دولة الكويت تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، لصالح ذوي الخبرة الطويلة 10 سنوات فأكثر. وبناء على ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج فقد أوصت الباحثة بإقامة البرامج التدريبية لمديرات رياض الأطفال، والتي تُعنى بكيفية مواجهة الضغوط وحل المشكلات والتعامل معها، كما أوصت الدراسة بالتركيز على أهمية تبادل الخبرات الادارية والإشراقية في مجال ادارة مدارس رياض الاطفال بين مديرات مدارس رياض الأطفال، وذلك عن طريق الزيارات المتبادلة. The study aimed to identify the perceptions of the principals of kindergartens schools principals in solving the administrative problems facing them from their point of view and to identify the difference in the perceptions of the study sample towards the perceptions of the principals of kindergarten schools in solving the administrative problems they face in Kuwait due to the independent variables (scientific qualification and years of experience). To achieve the aims of the study the researcher used the descriptive survey, by relying on the questionnaire to collect data from the study sample. The study population consists of all (209) of kindergarten schools principals in the Educational Regions in the State of Kuwait. The study sample consisted of (158) principals in the schools of kindergartens in all Educational regions in the State of Kuwait, which was chosen randomly. The results showed that the perceptions of kindergartens schools principals in solving the administrative problems facing them from their point of view showed a high degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) of the study sample estimations on the kindergartens school principals' perceptions in solving administrative problems they faced in the State of Kuwait attributed to the educational qualification variable. The results also showed a statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) due to the variable (years of experience). The differences were in favor of those with long experience of (10 years and more). Based on the findings, the researcher recommended the need to establish training programs for kindergartens school principals, which are concerned with how to cope with stress, solve problems and deal with them. The study also recommended focusing on the importance of exchanging administrative and supervisory experiences in the management of kindergartens schools among the principals through mutual visits.
