According to the previous results, the researcher recommends the following: 1) The education Department at UNRWA have to focus on change management in the administrative and supervising practices. 2) Improving the capabilities of the supervisors in the field of change management in order to be able to make a real change and convincing the others of it. 3) UNRWA educational supervisors have to implement and apply the change management on ground and found a school culture that encourage the teachers to invent, create and innovate. 4) Teachers have to be sincere in their work, they have to believe that in order to raise one's performance level is a duty that Allah will judge according to it as mentioned in al Hadith (Allah loves when one of you do something to do it well). 5) It is necessary that UNRWA continue its process of developing the performance of its teachers putting in mind the right time for that.
