The study aimed to identify the role of organizational factors in reducing the phenomenon of occupational burn out in the Palestinian ministries. The study of the case of the Ministries of Health and Education. The study used the analytical descriptive method in which it tries to describe the phenomenon of the subject of the study and analyze its data and the relationship between its components, (1030) employees according to the statistics of 2017, and the tool was applied to a survey sample size (30) questionnaire, and after verifying the truthfulness and integrity of the A questionnaire questionnaire was distributed to (320) questionnaires on the study population. A total of (280) questionnaires were retrieved (123) from the Ministry of Education, 157 (87.5%) to the Ministry of Health, The results of the study showed a statistically significant correlation between occupational combustion in its three dimensions (emotional stress, emotional exhaustion, and personal achievement) among the administrative staff of the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Health in the Gaza Strip and the work pressure. To adopt strategies to break the stalemate, rigidity and routine observed in the government business, to give focused management cycles and periodically to employees at various administrative levels and to delegate the powers and raise the morale of their employees by adopting different types of incentives And the adoption of balanced and clear policies in the rotation of the job, the need to strengthen the interaction between management and employees in the ministries through the sovereignty of the spirit of working as a team and cooperation between departments and departments, and the development of social relations prevailing between the various departments, the need to give powers and delegation of authority through the establishment of a special section to ensure Make important decisions to deal with emergency situations as they see fit.
