تناولت الدراسة أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية في اتخاذ القرارات بقطاع التعليم بالأردن، من خلال دراسة تطبيقية على وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية. تمثّلت مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل عما إذا كان لنظم المعلومات الإدارية دور في صنع القرارات الإدارية في وزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن. هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى الفروق بين مكونات نظم المعلومات الإدارية في وزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن، ومعرفة مدى استخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية في صنع القرارات لدى وزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن، والتعرف على العلاقة بين المستوى التنظيمي لدائرة نظم المعلومات الإدارية واستخدام المعلومات اللازمة لاتخاذ القرارات الإدارية. تأتي أهمية الدراسة من توفير المعلومات التي تساعد الإدارة على المفاضلة بين البدائل المتاحة وتحديد البديل الأفضل لاتخاذ القرارات الصائبة، وتسهيل طرق ووسائل تسجيل وتبويب البيانات الخاصة بنشاط العاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية. تضع هدف الممولين والمانحين في إطار متكامل يوضح وضع المؤسسة بصورة شاملة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي. من أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها إنَّ: الموظفين والموظفات يؤكدون أن هناك كفاءة في مكوّنات نظم المعلومات الإدارية في وزارة التربية والتعليم في الأردن في صنع القرارات، كما أن متخذي القرارات في الوزارة يمتلكون مستوى تعليمياً مقبولاً، وكافياً لتقبل واستيعاب فكرة إدخال نظم معلومات إدارية مبنية على الحاسوب والاعتماد عليها في عملية اتخاذ القرارات، وأن القرارات الإدارية التي تصدرها وزارة التربية تلقى الرضا والقبول من العاملين بها نسبـةً لجودتها وقلة نسبة الانحراف فيها. ومن أهم التوصيات: لابد للوزارات والمؤسسات من الاهتمام بنظم المعلومات الإدارية، والعمل على تأسيس أقسام خاصة بالمعلومات الإدارية وتحديد أدوارها وخططها. ضرورة تأسيس أنظمة معلومات إدارية محوسبة متكاملة تغطي كافة الأقسام والدوائر التابعة للوزارات لما للأنظمة المحوسبة من مميزات متنوعة، كالسرعة في تبادل المعلومات والبيانات بين مركز الوزارة والمديريات التابعة لها، والقدرة على معالجة البيانات أو حذفها أو استبدالها أو التعديل عليها. التأكيد على أهمية رفع كفاءة مكونات نظم المعلومات، سواء العنصر البشري أو المادي بما يتماشى مع التطور التقني. Study the impact of management information systems to make decisions in the education sector in Jordan: an applied study on the Ministry of education (2000-2014). The problem study in the Ministry of education in Jordan is one of the most important ministries in the Jordanian society, which relies heavily on information resulting from management information systems in management decisions, and therefore it is very important that you choose the Ministry to evaluate the role of information systems in decision-making, and that the resolutions of the Ministry of education affect and affect a wide range of Jordanian society, this study attempts to answer the following question: Is for management information systems in management decision-making role in the Ministry of education in Jordan? And this study aimed to determine the extent of the differences between the components of the management information systems of the Ministry of education in Jordan. Find out how the use of management information systems in decision making in the Ministry of education in Jordan. Identify the relationship between the organizational level of the Department of management information systems and use of information for management decisions. And the importance of the study originated from providing information to assist the Department in weighing the alternatives and select the best alternative to make the right decisions, to facilitate ways and means of recording and tabulating data on activity in the Jordanian Ministry of education. Put the funders and donors within the framework of an integrated enterprise mode in a comprehensive manner. Open to students and researchers, new avenues for further research, and the importance of this study is the first study on the researcher's knowledge. The study used the historical method to track the phenomenon studied in addition to the descriptive analytical analysis and description of the phenomenon under study. Of the most important findings of the study that the gender of the employees contend equally efficient components of management information systems at the Ministry of education/ Jordan in decision-making, and decision-makers in the Ministry of education and the educational level is acceptable, and is enough to accept and accommodate the idea of introduction of management information systems, computer-based and used in the decision-making process, and that administrative decisions issued by the Ministry of education will find satisfaction and acceptance of employees proportion of quality where its low deviation. One of the most important recommendations as information systems is an important factor in decision-making and action, and this requires ministries and institutions interest in management information systems, and to establish management information sections and define their roles, plans, the need to establish a computerized integrated management information system covering all sections and departments of ministries to the computerized systems of a variety of features such as fast exchange of information and data between the Ministry and its departments, and the ability to process data, delete, or replace or modify them, emphasizing the importance of raising the efficiency of components and systems Information whether the human component or material in line with technical development.
