يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو التعليم الالكتروني ومدى وجود فروق في الاتجاهات تختلف باختلاف متغيرات (البرامج التدريبية، وسنوات الخبرة في العمل الجامعي) إضافة إلى الكشف عن درجة اتجاهات هيئة التدريس نحو توظيف التعليم الإلكتروني. واستخدمت في البحث الاستبانة كأداة لبحث واتبع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتألف المجتمع من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الفصل الأول للعام الدراسي 1434/ 1435ه. وبلغت نسبة الأعضاء من مجتمع الدراسة 197 عضواً. اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن الاتجاه نحو توظيف التعليم الإلكتروني، كان (عالياً). كما دلت على أن هناك تبايناً ظاهرياً في المتوسطات لاتجاهات الأعضاء نحو توظيف التعليم الإلكتروني، بسبب اختلاف فئات متغير الحصول على البرامج التدريبية في مجال التعلم الإلكتروني. ولبيان دلالة الفروق، تبين وجود فروق تعزى لأثر متغير البرامج التدريبية حيث بلغت قيمته 6.724 لصالح المجموعة الثالثة ذات المتوسط الأكبر الذي بلغ 4.24؛ وأن هناك تباينا ظاهرياً في المتوسطات لاتجاهاتهم بسبب اختلاف فئات متغير سنوات الخبرة في العمل الجامعي؛ ولم يظهر وجود فروق في المتوسطات تعزى لأثر متغير سنوات الخبرة في العمل الجامعي. This research aims to examine the attitudes of faculty members at Majma’ah University toward e-learning and the extent of the differences in these attitudes based on the variables of the training programs, and years of work experience at the university. Furthermore, it also focused on the diversity of faculty’s attitudes towards employing e-learning. A questionnaire was used to collect data while the descriptive method was used for data analysis. 197 participants were randomly selected from faculty members who were in the service of MU in the academic year 1434/ 1435 AH. The results indicated that the tendency towards the application of e-learning by faculty members was high. The results also showed that there was variation in the employment of e-learning amongst faculty members. This variation was conceived to result from the training variable. The significant difference resulting from the impact of the variable of the training programs, reaches a value of 6.724 in favor of the third group with the largest average of 4.24. Similarly, the variable of the years of experience at the university, has also impacted the variation in the degree of tendency towards employing e-learning. (Published abstract)
