تهدف الدراسة إلى بناء مستودع رقمي للرسائل الجامعية العراقية التي أنجزت في الجامعات العراقية، باستخدام نظام Dspace مفتوح المصدر، وتصميم أنموذج تطبيقي يشمل كافة متطلبات الإيداع والحفظ والبحث المتقدم بغية تسهيل العمل على المستودع والتأسيس لمشاركة الجهود المحلية وتقاسم الأدوار بين المكتبات الجامعية، من أجل الإتاحة الرقمية للرسائل الجامعية العراقية تمهيدا للمشاركة والانضمام إلى المشروع العالمي لشبكة المكتبة الرقمية للرسائل الجامعية: NETÜORK DIGITAL LIBRARY OF THESES & DISSERTATIONS. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج التطويري والتجريبي، حيث تم بناء مستودع رقمي باستخدام نظام Dspace خاص بإيداع وتجميع الرسائل الجامعية العراقية على الشبكة المحلية Tomcat، وتجريب المستودع بكل جوانبه لمعرفة مدى الإفادة التي يمكن أن تحصل من خلاله، وللتأكد من كفاءة وعمل النظام بالشكل الأمثل. وقد أخذت عينة من الرسائل والأطاريح 100 رسالة وأطروحة للفترة من 2000-2014، ثم رفع الموقع على الانترنت لغرض التقييم بأداتي الاستبانة والملاحظة. وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدة نتائج، أبرزها: 1) من خلال التطبيق العملي وبناء نموذج مستودع رقمي للرسائل والأطاريح الجامعية باستخدام نظام dspace الذي عُرض على عينة من المستفيدين (100 مستفيد)، تبين أن النظام ملائم لبناء المستودعات الرقمية بالنص الكامل، لمختلف أنواع مصادر المعلومات. 2) من خلال تطبيق النظام رفع كفاءة عملية إتاحة الرسائل الجامعية العراقية من خلال تقليل الجهود على العاملين في المكتبات من حيث خزن الرسائل الجامعية، والبحث والاسترجاع الآمن للمستفيد. 3) من خلال استطلاع العديد من الأدبيات المتاحة على شبكة الانترنت تأكدت كفاءة النظام وتوافقه مع متطلبات البيئة التشغيلية على المستوى المحلي. ومن أهم التوصيات التي خرجت بها الدراسة: 1) على الجامعات العراقية ووزارة التعليم العالي العراقية العمل الفوري على استثمار الأنظمة المفتوحة برقمية كافة الإجراءات والخدمات والأنشطة الأخرى فيها، بعد توفير الجاهزية المطلوبة للمكتبات الجامعة، واستثمار كافة الخدمات التي يقدمها نظام Dspace كنظام مفتوح المصدر على شبكة الانترنت. 2) على البرلمان العراقي إقرار قانون الأمن السيبراني وتوقيع اتفاقيات تضمن حقوق المصنفات الرقمية على الانترنت كالويبو وغيرها، وذلك لضمان سير عمل المستودع الرقمي بوجود قانون مصنفات رقمية يستند إليه. 3) وضع معايير موحدة لعموم الجامعات العراقية تلزم الطالب في صيغة موحدة لتوحيد الرسائل الجامعية في ما يخص الملفات الرقمية. The study came up with several results, most notably: 1) through the practical application and build a digital repository model university dspace messages using the system presented to a group of recipients, showing that an appropriate system to build a digital full text of warehouses, for different types of information sources. 2) Through the application of raising the efficiency of the system allow the Iraqi theses process by reducing the efforts on working in libraries in terms of storage theses, and also to the beneficiaries in terms of safe search and retrieval. 3) Through a survey of many of the literature available on the Internet underscores system efficiency and compatibility with the operational requirements of the environment at the local level.
