تكمن أهمية البحث في تصميم برنامج تعليمي وفق استراتيجية كيلر بأنه يعتمد السماح للمتعلم في أخذ وقته اللازم الذي يتوافق وإمكانياته وقدراته الذاتية سواء كانت ذهنية أم بدنية، ولا يسمح له بالانتقال من وحدة تعليمية إلى أخرى دون إتقان الوحدة السابقة، وهذا يهيئ للمتعلم فرصة كبيرة في التعلم. كذلك تبرز أهمية استخدام هذه الاستراتيجية في أنها تسمح للمتعلم بالاستخدام الأمثل للتكنولوجيا المتطورة في التعلم، وهذا يسهم مساهمة فاعلة في الاقتصاد في وقت التعلم والجهد الذي يستغرقه المعلم والمتعلم على حد سواء. وتمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن قلة الاعتماد على الاستراتيجيات والطرائق والأساليب التعليمية الحديثة، وخاصة المجال التكنولوجي في العملية التعليمية، يعد مؤشراً على الكثير من المعوّقات التي تواجه العملية التعليمية ولا تساعد في إتمامها على الوجه الأكمل، إذا ما قورنت بالطريقة المتبعة الآن في مدارسنا ومعاهدنا وجامعاتنا التربوية. هدف البحث إلى تصميم برنامج تعليمي وفق استراتيجية كيلر في التحصيل المعرفي وتعليم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم لطلاب المرحلة الأولى في كلية التربية الرياضية / جامعة ميسان. كذلك التعرف على تأثير استراتيجية كيلر في التحصيل المعرفي وتعليم بعض المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم، والتعرف على أفضلية المجموعتين في الاختبارات البعدية لهذا البحث. وقد افترض الباحث بأن هناك فروقاً ذوات دلالة إحصائية في الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة والاختبارات البعدية بين المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة. أما المنهج الذي استخدمه في إجراءات البحث فهو المنهج التجريبي بأسلوب المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة. وتمثلت عينة البحث في طلاب المرحلة الأولى في كلية التربية الرياضية بجامعة ميسان، بواقع 15 طالباً لكل مجموعة. بعد إتمام إجراءات البحث وإجراء الاختبارات التتبعية والبعدية للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة قام الباحث بالمعالجات الإحصائية اللازمة لنتائج الاختبارات. بعد ذلك تم العمل على عرض تلك النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها. واستناداً لنتائج البحث وتحليله توصل الباحث إلى الاستنتاجات التي بينت تفوق المجموعة التجريبية التي تعلمت وفق استراتيجية كيلر على المجموعة الضابطة التي تعلمت وفق الطريقة المتبعة، وقد اتضح من خلال نتائج البحث إمكانية برمجة درس التربية الرياضية بهدف تحقيق نجاح أكبر في العملية التعليمية. كذلك وضع الباحث عدداً من التوصيات تمثلت في التأكيد على استخدام استراتيجية كيلر في تعليم المهارات الأساسية بكرة القدم واعتماد التعلم الذاتي بجميع أشكاله، فضلاً عن اعتماد الوسائل الالكترونية بجميع أشكالها في عملية التعلم. وفي المقترحات: ضرورة استخدام استراتيجية كيلر في مراحل دراسية أخرى وألعاب رياضية أخرى أيضاً. The importance of research in the design of an educational program in accordance with the strategy that Keller adopts allow the learner to take the necessary time that corresponds to the potential and abilities of self, and do not allow him to move from one unit to another without learning to master the previous unit and this creates a great opportunity to learn. Also highlights the importance of using this strategy in that it allows the learner to the optimum use of advanced technology in learning and this contributes to an effective contribution to the economy at a time of learning and effort that it takes the teacher and learner alike. The most research problem in that not to rely on strategies and methods and techniques of modern teaching and especially the field of technology in the educational process is an indication of a lot of obstacles facing the educational process does not help to be completed fully when compared to the way followed now in our schools and our institutions and universities educational. The research aims to design an educational program in accordance with the strategy Keller in the collection of cognitive and learning some basic skills in football for the first phase students for students of the Faculty of Physical Education. As well as identify the impact of the strategy Keller in the collection of knowledge and learning some basic skills in football, and to identify the priority of the two groups in the post tests for this search. The researcher assumed that there are statistically significant differences in the tests before and after the experimental and control groups and post tests between the experimental and control groups. The approach used by the researcher in the procedures discussed is the experimental method in a manner experimental and control groups. The research sample Tmtheln students in the first phase in the Faculty of Physical Education, University of Maysan by 15 students per group. After the completion of the researcher to research procedures and testing a posteriori for the two experimental and control groups , the researcher treatments necessary statistical test results were presented those results analyzed and discussed based on the results of research and analysis researcher reached conclusions that showed the superiority of the experimental group who learned according to the strategy Keller to the control group that learned according to the method used Sports in our colleges , and the possibility of programming studied physical education in order to achieve greater success in the educational process. And that the researcher put a number of the recommendations was the emphasis on the use of Keller’s strategy in teaching the basic skills of football and the adoption of self-learning in all its forms as well as the adoption of electronic means in all its forms in the learning process.
