AU - Almulla-Abdulla, Faisal H. AB - The purpose of this study is to examine students’ perspectives on three teaching styles. Sixty six 66 middle school students were interviewed and asked to rank the three styles. A constant comparison process guided the analysis of interview data. The ranking order data were analyzed via descriptive statistics, the t-test and the Friedman analysis of variance by ranks. The results indicate that two the key concepts that influenced students’ perspectives on the effectiveness of the teaching styles were their conceptions of the affective dimensions of each style and their knowledge and beliefs. The results also reveal no significant differences in ranking the order of teaching styles. (Published abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif AB - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على وجهات نظر طلبة التربية الرياضية نحو أساليب التدريس الآمري والتبادلي والاكتشاف الموجه. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 66 تلميذةً وتلميذاً من تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية بمملكة البحرين، واختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، حيث تم إجراء مقابلة شخصية مع كل فرد من أفراد العينة. لتحليل البيانات والإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم استخدام اختبار "ت"، وأسلوب تحليل التباين للمقابلة الشخصية لفريدمان ورنك. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن الإطار المفاهيمي والخبرة المعرفية السابقة بأساليب التدريس هما اللذان يؤثران في فاعلية أساليب التدريس الأمري والأقران وحل المشكلات من وجه نظر التلاميذ. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق إحصائية في وجهات نظر التلاميذ نحو أفضلية أساليب التدريس.
