AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية السمات الشخصية والكفايات المهنية اللازمة لمعلمات الصفوف الأولية من وجهة نظر المشرفات والخبراء بالمملكة العربية السعودية. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وكانت أداة الدراسة الاستبانة. تكونت العينة من (91) خبير في مجال المناهج وطرق التدريس ومجال تربية الطفولة (عضو هيئة تدريس في جامعات سعودية)، و (298) مشرفة تربوية. خصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن أبرز السمات الشخصية التي ينبغي توافرها في معلمات الصفوف الأولية من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات حسب أبعاد الدراسة كانت على الترتيب التالي: (الانبساطية، العصابية، يقظة الضمير، الانفتاح على الخبرة، المقبولية)، وأن أبرز السمات الشخصية التي ينبغي توافرها في معلمات الصفوف الأولية من وجهة نظر الخبراء (أعضاء هيئة التدريس) كانت على الترتيب التالي: (الانبساطية، يقظة الضمير، العصابية، الانفتاح على الخبرة، المقبولية. وأن أهم أبعاد الكفايات المهنية التي ينبغي توافرها في معلمات الصفوف الأولية من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات كانت على الترتيب التالي: (البيئة الصفية، التقويم، أخلاقيات مهنة التعلم والقيم، الاتصال والتفاعل الاجتماعي، المعرفة، التخطيط، التنفيذ، النمو المهني)، وأن أهم أبعاد الكفايات المهنية التي ينبغي توافرها في معلمات الصفوف الأولية من وجهة نظر الخبراء كانت على الترتيب التالي: (المعرفة، التخطيط، الاتصال والتفاعل الاجتماعي، التقويم، التنفيذ، البيئة الصفية، أخلاقيات مهنة التعلم والقيم، النمو المهني. أوصت الدراسة إلى: تصميم ورش تدريبيه موجهة ومقننة، وتقديمها من خلال المشرفات التربويات لبناء السمات الشخصية اللازمة، لمعلمات الصفوف الأولية، إضافة مقررات تهتم بتدريس السمات الشخصية في برامج إعداد معلمات الصفوف الأولية. AB - The study aimed to identify the importance of personal traits and professional competencies necessary for elementary grade teachers from the point of view of supervisors and experts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study followed the descriptive-survey approach by administering a questionnaire to a sample of (91) experts in the fields of curriculum and teaching methods and childhood education (faculty members in Saudi universities) and (298) educational supervisors. The study revealed the following results: The most prominent personality traits that should be available in the teachers of the elementary grades from the point of view of the educational supervisors according to the dimensions of the study were in the following order: (extraversion, neuroticism, conscientiousness, openness to experience, acceptability). It was also shown that the most prominent personal traits that should be available in the teachers of elementary grades from the point of view of experts (faculty members) were in the following order: (extraversion, conscientiousness, neuroticism, openness to experience, acceptability). In addition, the results showed that the most important dimensions of professional competencies that should be available in the teachers of elementary grades from the point of view of educational supervisors were in the following order: (classroom environment, evaluation, ethics of the learning profession and values, communication and social interaction, knowledge, planning, implementation, professional growth). Finally, it was shown that the most important dimensions of professional competencies that should be available in the teachers of elementary grades from the point of view of experts were in the following order: (knowledge, planning, communication and social interaction, evaluation, implementation, classroom environment, ethics of learning profession and values, professional growth. In the light of the current results, the study recommended: designing targeted and regulated training workshops and presenting them through educational supervisors to build the necessary personal traits for elementary grade teachers.
