AB - هدف البحث إلى اختبار فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في تنمية بعض مهارات استخدام الفصول الافتراضية لمعلمي المرحلة الثانوية. اتبع البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي القائم على تصميم المجموعة الواحدة، من خلال اختيار عينة متاحة تكونت من (18) معلما، تم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي عليهم. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث، تم إعداد الأدوات البحثية المتمثلة في: قائمة ببعض مهارات استخدام الفصول الافتراضية لمعلمي المرحلة الثانوية، والاختبار التحصيلي لقياس الجانب المعرفي لمهارات استخدام الفصول الافتراضية، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الأداء. طبق الاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة قبليا وبعديا على أفراد مجموعة البحث. توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات أفراد مجموعة البحث في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي للاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة الملاحظة، لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، قدم الباحث بعض التوصيات والمقترحات، والتي من أهمها: الاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في تعلم كيفية إعداد فصل افتراضي، وتقديم الدروس التعليمية عن بعد. بالإضافة إلى إنتاج المزيد من البرمجيات التعليمية المعدة باستخدام الفصول الافتراضية في المقررات الدراسية المختلفة لما لها من أثر فعال في عملية التعليم والتعلم. AB - This research aims to verify the effectiveness of a training program in the development of certain skills of the use of virtual classrooms for secondary school teachers. The researcher used the quasi-experimental approach based on one-group design, through a available sample of (18) teachers, to which this training program was applied. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher prepared the following research tools: a list of certain skills of the use of virtual classrooms for secondary school teachers, the achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of the virtual classrooms use skills, performance observation card. The pre-test and post-test of achievement test and observation card were applied to the study sample individuals. The researcher realized that there were statistical differences at significance level (0.05) among average score of group members in the pre and post achievement test and observation card in favor of the post-test. In view of the study results, the researcher recommended the following: to benefit from the suggested training program in learning how to prepare a virtual classroom, delivery of distance-learning lessons, besides the production of further educational programs based on the use of virtual classroom in study courses because they have great impact on teaching and learning process.
