AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور إدارة المدرسة في دمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مع طلبة المدارس العادية في تربية الزرقاء الأولى. لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، تم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ثم طور مقياس لدمج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس العادية. تألف المقياس من بعدين: بعد إداري وبعد أكاديمي. وطبق على عينة قصدية من مديري مدارس تربية الزرقاء الأولى على عينة بلغت (130) مديرا ومديرة، وجمعت البيانات وتم تحليلها. أظهرت النتائج عدم تشجيع مديري المدارس لعملية الدمج؛ بسبب اختلاف التعامل بين الطلبة العاديين وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وصعوبة التعامل مع الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، كذلك بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم توفر البيئة المناسبة والتي تحتاج إلى توفير وسائل تعليمية ملائمة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وعدم تهيئة المعلمين بالتدريب المناسب على كيفية التعامل مع الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. AB - The purpose of this study is to see how school administrators help include students with special needs in regular schools. The researchers used a survey method to gather information and created a scale to measure how well schools are integrating students with special needs. The scale had two parts: one measuring administrative support and the other measuring academic support. The researchers used a sample of (130) principals from schools in the first Zarqa Education District. They collected and analyzed the data. The study found that there is a problem with providing the right kind of environment and resources for people with special needs to learn.
