AB - يهدف البحث إلى تحديد درجة أهمية أبعاد القيادة الريادية في إدارة الجامعات من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في الكليات النظرية والتطبيقية في محافظة السويداء، بالإضافة إلى تعرف الفروق بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث تبعا لمتغيرات البحث المستقلة (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة وتخصص الكلية). ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، اعتمد البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة أداة للبحث حيث طبقت على عينة من أعضاء الهيئة التعليمية في مدينة السويداء وشملت العينة (124) عضوا. أظهرت النتائج وجود أهمية كبيرة لممارسات القيادة الريادية في إدارة الجامعات المعاصرة على أبعاد الاستبانة جميعها وبدرجة أهمية مرتفعة، وقد جاءت البنود المتعلقة (ببعد الثقافة الريادية) بالدرجة الأولى الأكثر أهمية، تليها البنود المتعلقة (ببعد التفكير الريادي) وبدرجة أهمية مرتفعة أيضا، ثم جاءت البنود المتعلقة بممارسات القيادة الريادية بالمرتبة الثالثة وبدرجة أهمية مرتفعة. كما أظهرت نتائج البحث عدم وجود تأثير لمتغيرات البحث المستقلة (سنوات الخبرة، تخصص الكلية) على استجابات أفراد العينة، بالمقابل أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير دال إحصائيا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي على استجابات أفراد عينة البحث بالنسبة لبعد الثقافة الريادية والدرجة الكلية. AB - This research aimed at identifying importance degree of entrepreneurial leadership dimensions for university administration from the point of view of the faculty members in Sweida governorate, as a major aim of the research from which emerged the secondary aims: identifying the effect of independent variable of research (scientific qualification, experience, and college type) on the sample individuals responses concerning the identifying importance degree of entrepreneurial leadership dimensions for university administration from the point of view of the faculty members in Sweida governorate. To achieve these aims the research depended on the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a research tool which was implemented on a (124) members of faculty in Sweida governorate. the most important results which the research reached were the existence a high degree of importance of entrepreneurial leadership dimensions for university administration of all field. In addition, the entrepreneurial culture field came first, followed by the field of entrepreneurial thinking and finally the field of entrepreneurial leadership. in addition, the outcomes also showed that there were no statistically significant differences can be attributed to the variable of (experience, and college type) on the responses of the faculty members of research sample but there were statistically significant differences can be attributed to the variable of scientific qualification in favor the highest qualification in the first field and the scale as a whole.
