AB - هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى تضمين معايير المنظمة الأمريكية لتقييم التعليم في كتب الجغرافيا للمرحلة الأساسية العليا في الأردن، من وجهة نظر معلميها في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء قصبة إربد، من خلال توزيع استبانة على المعلمين. انقسم المعيار الرئيس (الأدوات) إلى أربعة محاور رئيسة، واشتملت هذه المحاور على (17) فقرة صيغت من معايير المنظمة الأمريكية لتقييم التعليم، وبالرجوع إلى الأدب النظري اتسمت الفقرات بصدق وثبات كافيين لإجراء الدراسة. تكون مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها من كتب الجغرافيا للمرحلة الأساسية العليا في الأردن، ومعلمي ومعلمات الجغرافيا التابعين لتربية قصبة إربد، والبالغ عددهم (109) معلمين ومعلمات، وأخذت العينة بالطريقة العشوائية، وزعت على (53) معلما ومعلمة. وكشفت نتائج التحليل عن قصور في تضمين معايير المنظمة الأمريكية لتقييم التعليم في كتب الجغرافيا في المرحلة الأساسية العليا. أوصت بالاستفادة من قائمة معايير المنظمة الأمريكية لتقييم التعليم، وتضمين الكتب وتطويرها في ضوئها، وتزويد المدارس بالإمكانات المادية اللازمة لاستخدام التكنولوجيا والتقنيات الحديثة في تدريس الجغرافيا، وتدريب المعلمين عليها، ومراجعة الإطار العام للمناهج وهيكله؛ لتضمين المهارات والمفاهيم الجغرافية فيه، مع مراعاة التوازن والتكامل في الكتاب. AB - This study aims to identify the extent to which the standards of the American Organization for Education Evaluation are included in geography books for the upper primary stage in Jordan from the point of view of their teachers in the Education Directorate of Irbid District, by distributing a questionnaire to teachers, and there are four main themes, of the main criterion (tools). These themes included (17) paragraphs that are formulated from the standards of the American Organization for Education Evaluation, and with reference to the theoretical literature, the paragraphs were characterized by sufficient sincerity and stability to conduct the study. Their number was (109), and the sample was taken randomly, and it included (53) male and female teachers. The results of the analysis reveal shortcomings in including the standards of the American Organization for Education Evaluation in geography books in the upper primary stage. The study recommends making use of the list of standards of the American Organization for Education Evaluation, including and developing books in their light, providing schools with the material requirements necessary to use technology and modern techniques in teaching geography, training teachers on it, reviewing the general framework of the curricula, and structuring it to include geographical skills and concepts in it, taking into account the balance and integration in the book.
