AB - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس الثانوية للقيادة الرقمية في ضوء معايير الجمعية الدولية لتكنولوجيا التعليم الخاصة بالإداريين (NETS-A) من وجهة نظر المعلمات. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، وشارك فيها عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (365) معلمة بمدينة الرياض. وكشفت النتائج أن مديرات المدارس الثانوية يمارسن القيادة الرقمية بدرجة عالية في جميع المجالات، حيث جاء بعد ثقافة التعلم في العصر الرقمي بالمرتبة الأولى، يليه مجال التميز في الممارسة المهنية، وبالمرتبة الثالثة جاء بعد المواطنة الرقمية، ومن ثم القيادة ذات الرؤية، وحصل مجال التحسين والتطوير المنظم على المرتبة الأخيرة. وقد قدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات منها توعية مديرات مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بأهمية تبني التقنيات الرقمية ودورها في توفير فرص تعليمية متساوية لكافة المتعلمين وخصوصا في أوقات الأزمات ومنحهن الصلاحيات الكافية التي تمكنهن من إقامة الشراكات مع المجتمع المحلي للحصول على الموارد المالية والتقنية اللازمة لتوظيف التقنية في البيئة المدرسية. AB - The degree of secondary school principals’ practice of digital leadership in light of the National Educational Technology Standards for Administrators (NETS-A) from the teachers' point of view. The study used the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire to collect data. A simple random sample of (365) female teachers in Riyadh participated in the study. The results revealed that the secondary schools’ principals practice digital leadership to a high degree in all fields, where the Learning culture in the digital age ranked first, followed by the field of excellence in professional practice, then digital citizenship, and visionary leadership, while systemic improvement ranked last. The study presented a number of recommendations, including educating secondary school principals about the importance of adopting digital technologies and their role in providing equal educational opportunities for all learners, especially in times of crisis. In addition, giving principals sufficient powers that enable them to establish partnerships with the local community to obtain the necessary financial and technical resources to employ technology in the school environment.
