AB - The study aims to identify the effect of a mental visualization program on developing visual perception among a sample of people with learning difficulties in the State of Kuwait. It was conducted on a sample consisting of (20) students with learning difficulties who were between the ages of (9-13) years, with an arithmetic mean of (10.460), and a standard deviation of (1.259), and tools were prepared and used to verify the research hypotheses, as a training program based on mental visualization was prepared, and a visual perception scale was prepared by the researcher. The results of the study resulted in the presence of statistical significant differences between the averages of the grades of the students. The experimental group on the visual perception skills scale in the pre- and post-measurements was in favor of the post-measurement after applying the program. The researcher also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the average grades of the students of the experimental group on the visual perception skills scale in the postand post-measurements. This result indicates that there is a significant increase in the visual perception skills of the experimental group members after this group was exposed to the training program to develop the visual perception skills of middle school students with learning difficulties. Hence, the improvement that occurred in their visual perception skills can be attributed to this program designed in the current study. (Published abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
