AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تعزيز الثقافة المالية لدى طلاب التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر على ضوء خبرات بعض الدول. واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أداة تحليل الوثائق والمصادر التربوية، حيث تم تحليل الكتب والدراسات السابقة العربية والأجنبية والتقارير التربوية، مع التركيز على أبعاد الثقافة المالية مثل الوعي المالي، والتخطيط المالي، وإدارة الإنفاق، والادخار. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المقترحات الإجرائية،من أهمها: دعم المعلمين مادياً، وزيادة أعدادهم ، وتعزيز كفاءتهم المهنية من خلال عقد ورش عمل ودورات تدريبية متخصصة في مجال الثقافة المالية. كما أكدت الدراسة أهمية إنشاء مجموعات مهنية لمعلمي الثقافة المالية داخل المدارس أو الإدارات التعليمية لتبادل الخبرات المهنية، وتصميم المناهج الدراسية بما ينسجم مع التحولات المالية العالمية. وأوصت الدراسة بإعداد وحدات دراسية متخصصة في الثقافة المالية تدمج ضمن المناهج المختلفة، وإصدار مجلة مدرسية دورية، وتأسيس أندية مدرسية للثقافة المالية، وتنظيم رحلات وزيارات ميدانية للمؤسسات المالية بهدف تنمية مهارات الطلاب المالية وزيادة وعيهم وقدرتهم على اتخاذ القرارات المالية الرشيدة. AB - The study aimed to investigate the enhancement of financial literacy among secondary school students in Egypt in light of the experiences of some countries. It employed the descriptive method through the analysis of educational documents and sources, including previous Arab and international studies, books, and reports, focusing on financial literacy dimensions such as financial awareness, financial planning, expenditure management, and saving. The findings highlighted several recommendations, including providing financial support to teachers, increasing their numbers, and enhancing their professional competencies through specialized workshops and training courses. The study also emphasized the importance of establishing professional groups for financial literacy teachers to exchange experiences and of designing curricula aligned with global financial developments. Additionally, it recommended developing specialized educational units integrated into various curricula, publishing school magazines, establishing financial literacy clubs, and organizing field visits to financial institutions, aiming to develop students’ financial skills, raise their awareness, and enable them to make sound financial decisions.
