AB - يهدف البحث التعرف إلى قياس مستوى الاكتئاب لدى قسم التربية وعلم النفس من وجهة نظرهم. تكونت عينته من (180) طالبا وطالبة من قسم التربية وعلم النفس وهي مرحلتين: الثانية، والثالثة. بواقع (83) طالبا وطالبة بواقع (38) طالبا و(45) طالبة من المرحلة الثانية و(97) طالبا وطالبة بواقع (47) طالبا و(50) طالبة من مرحلة الثالثة. اعتمد الباحثان على مقياس الاكتئاب الذي أعده الجبوري (2010) والذي يتألف من (36) فقرة ووضعت أربعة بدائل بدرجة (كثيرا، وقليلا، ونادرا، ونادرا جدا). بعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا باستعمال الوسائل الإحصائية معامل ارتباط بيرسون، والاختبار التائي (t-test) لعينيتين مستقلتين، تم التوصل للنتائج الآتية: 1) إن طلبة المرحلة الثانية في قسم التربية وعلم النفس يتمتعون بمستوى جيد من قلة الاكتئاب. 2) إن طلبة المرحلة الثالثة في قسم التربية وعلم النفس يتمتعون بمستوى عالي من الاكتئاب. AB - The aim of research is to get acquainted with measuring the level of depression of the department of education and psychology from their point of view. The sample consisted of (180) students (second and third) stages and by (83) male and female. (38) males and (45) females from the second stage, (97) students, (47) males, and (50) females from the third stage. The two researchers used the depression scale, prepared by al-Jubouri (2010), which consists of (36) paragraphs, and put four alternatives degree (a lot, a little, rarely, and very rarely), after collecting the data were analyzed using statistical means, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the t-test for two independent samples, and reached the following results: 1) The second stage students in the department of education and psychology had a good level of less depression. 2) The third stage students in the department of education and psychology had a high level of depression.
