AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الذكاء الثقافي والتكيف الاجتماعي والطمأنينة الإنفعالية لدى الطلاب والطالبات الوافدين بجامعة الأزهر، كذلك الكشف عن الفروق بين عينة البحث في الذكاء الثقافي والتكيف الاجتماعي والطمأنينة الانفعالية بإختلاف متغير النوع (ذكور، إناث)، مدة الإقامة (سنتين - أربع سنوات)، اللغة (ناطقين باللغة العربية، غير ناطقين باللغة العربية)، تكونت عينة البحث الحالي من (400) من الطلاب والطالبات الوافدين بجامعة الأزهر بواقع (200) ذكور، (200) إناث، طُبق عليهم مقياس التكيف الاجتماعي ومقياس الطمأنينة الإنفعالية (إعداد الباحثة)، مقياس الذكاء الثقافي إعداد (Ang and Van Dyne, 2004) وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود ارتباط موجب ودال إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين متغير الذكاء الثقافي بأبعاده الفرعية والدرجة الكلية لمقياس التكيف الاجتماعي، وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الذكاء الثقافي والدرجة الكلية لمقياس الطمأنينة الإنفعالية، كما أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0,01) بين عينة البحث في الذكاء الثقافي والطمأنينة الإنفعالية باختلاف متغير النوع في اتجاه الذكور، ومتغير مدة الإقامة في اتجاه المقيمين أربع سنوات، ومتغير اللغة في اتجاه الناطقين باللغة العربية، وأخيرا أشارت النتائج إلى أنه يمكن التنبؤ بالذكاء الثقافي من خلال التكيف الإجتماعي والطمأنينة الإنفعالية. AB - The aim of the research is to identify the relationship between cultural intelligence, social adaptation and emotional security among expatriates students at Al-Azhar University, and to find out differences between the research sample in cultural intelligence, social adjustment and emotional security depending on gender variable (males and females), duration of stay (two - four years), language (Arabic speakers, non-Arabic speakers), the current research sample consisted of (400) expatriates students at Al-Azhar University, divided to (200) males, (200) females, applied to them the social adaptation scale and the emotional reassurance scale “researcher preparation”, cultural intelligence scale preparation Ang and Van Dyne (2004). The results of the study showed a positive and statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (0.01) between the cultural intelligence variable with its sub dimensions and the overall degree of the social adjustment scale, and the presence of a positive statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (0,01) between the total score of the cultural intelligence scale and the total score of the emotional security scale. The results showed there were differences between the sample of the research at the level of significance (0.01) in cultural intelligence and emotional reassurance according to the gender variable in the direction of males, and the variable of the duration of stay towards four years, the language variable in the direction of Arabic speakers, and finally the results indicated that cultural intelligence can be predicted through social adjustment and emotional security.
