AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على النمط التفاوضي الموقفي لمدرسي التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر إداراتهم ولجمع البيانات تطلب بناء وتطبيق مقياس النمط التفاوضي الموقفي لمدرسي التربية الرياضية لمدارس الإعدادية في مركز محافظة نينوى. تكون المقياس من (33) فقرة موزعة على (3) أنماط بواقع (11) فقرة لكل نمط (المتساهل، المتشدد، المبدئي) بعد صياغته والتحقق من صدقه وثباته. تمثلت العينة بمدراء المدارس الإعدادية للبنين ومعاونيهم، حيث شملت عينة البناء على (114) إداريا. أجريت التجربة الاستطلاعية على (10) منهم ليبقى (104) إداريا استخدموا لاستخراج الصدق والثبات وزعت (104) استمارة، استرجع (102) استمارة، مثلت عينة البناء نسبة (62.19%) من المجتمع. بلغت عينة التطبيق (50) إداريا تم توزيع (50) استمارة عليهم وتم استرجاع (45) استمارة وبذلك مثلت العينة (27.43%) من مجتمع البحث. تم تحليل البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام الوسط الحسابي والنسبة المئوية، واستنتج الباحث: يميل مدرس التربية الرياضية إلى النمط التفاوضي الموقفي المبدئي أثناء أداء واجبه الوظيفي للتفاوض مع إدارة مدرسته بالإضافة إلى استخدام لبعض المفاهيم التي تتعلق بالنمط المتساهل والمتشدد التي تؤكدها نظريات التفاوض. AB - The research aims to Know: the situational negotiation style of physical education teachers from the point of view of the management their schools in the center of the Nineveh Government. The data collection requires the construction and application of the Situational negotiation style scale for the physical teacher’s education for their preparatory schools in the center of Nineveh Government. scale consists of (33) paragraphs divided into (3) patterns by (11) paragraphs for each type of primitive, permissive and its formulation and verification of Validity and reliability. The sample included principals and their assistants in preparatory schools for boys which involved (102) administrative units. The construction sample represented (62,19%) of the research community. The application sample was 45 administrative, representing (27,43%) of the research community. The data was statistically analyzed using arithmetic mean and the percentage. Finally, the researcher concluded that the physical teacher’s education tends to the pattern of Situational negotiating style in the initial position during the performance of their job to situational negotiating style with their management school, as well as the use of some the concept that relate to the permissions taught styles confirmed by the theories of negotiation.
