AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة مديري المناطق التعليمية للإبداع الإداري في مديريات محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر رؤساء الأقسام والإداريين. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع رؤساء الأقسام والإداريين في المناطق التعليمية في محافظة المفرق؛ والبالغ عددهم (240) موظف وموظفة، منهم (40) رئيس قسم و(200) موظفا وموظفة. تكونت العينة من (150) فردا، موزعين إلى (25) رئيس قسم، و(125) موظفا وموظفة. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام استبانة، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين المتعدد، وطريقة شفيه. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تصورات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق مديري المناطق التعليمية للإبداع الإداري جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ووجود فروق في وجهات نظرهم وفقا لاختلاف متغيراتهم الديموغرافية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعداد وتصميم برامج تدريبية لتطوير أداء القادة التربويين في مديريات التربية والتعليم في ممارسة متطلبات الابتكار والإبداع الإداري. AB - The study aimed to assess the perceptions of department heads and administrators regarding the degree to which educational district managers practice administrative creativity in the districts of Mafraq governorate. To achieve this objective, the study followed the descriptive survey method, and used a questionnaire to collect data from the study sample which was selected from a population of 240 male and female employees (40 heads and 200 employees in education districts of Mafraq governorate). The sample consisted of (150) participants (25 department heads and 125 male and female employees). The data was analyzed by the use of statistical methods, such as means, standard deviations, the analysis of multiple variance and the method of Scheffe. The study findings revealed that the participants' degree of perception was moderate, and that there were differences in their perceptions according to their different demographic variables. The study recommended preparing and designing training programs to develop the performance of educational leaders in education districts to implement the requirements of administrative innovation and creativity.
