AB - استهدف البحث بناء أداة أخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد التربوي، فضلا عن التعرف على مستوى ممارسة أخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد التربوي لدى المرشدين التربويين، والتعرف على مستوى الذات المهنية لديهم، فضلا عن التعرف على العلاقة بين مستوى ممارسة المرشدين التربويين لأخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد التربوي والذات المهنية لديهم، والتعرف على الفروق بين العلاقة بين مستوى ممارسة المرشدين التربويين لأخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد التربوي والذات المهنية لدى المرشد التربوي تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور/ إناث)، وتألفت عينة البحث الأساسية من (163) مرشدا ومرشدة. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحث ببناء أداة لقياس أخلاقيات مهنة الإرشاد التربوي، فضلا عن تبني الباحث أداة (الذات المهنية للمرشد التربوي) المعد من قبل (الشرفا، 2011). وبعد تطبيق الأداتين وجمع البيانات عولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج الاختبار الإحصائي (SPSS). توصل الباحث إلى عدد من النتائج منها وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى ممارسة المرشدين التربويين لأخلاقيات المهنة وبين الذات المهنية للمرشد التربوي. واستنادا إلى النتائج التي تم التوصل أليها حدد الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات. AB - This research aimed at building tool for the educational counselors profession ethics, as well as identifying the level of educational counselors profession ethics, and to identify the level of their professional self. The research sample consisted of basic (163) mentor and guide. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher hah made building tool to measure the ethics of the profession of educational counseling. After verifying the validity and reliability of both tools, as well as the adoption of a researcher tool (professional self of educational counselor) prepared by (Alsharfa, 2011). After the application of the tools and collect data were processed statistically using Program Educational Statistics (SPSS). Finally, the searcher reached to many results such as the existence of a positive correlation between the level of statistically significant practice counselors to professional ethics and the self- professional.
