AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج قائم على مهارات تطوير الذات في تحسين الأداء المهني لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت. تكونت عينة البحث من (30) معلمة من معلمات رياض الأطفال مجموعة تجريبية (15) معلمة، ومجموعة ضابطة (15) معلمة. استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الأداء المهني (إعداد إحسان سعدي، 2020)، وأعدت الباحثة برنامج تدريبي قائم على مهارات تطوير الذات. توصلت النتائج إلى فاعلية البرنامج قائم على مهارات تطوير الذات في تحسين الأداء المهني لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال بدولة الكويت، وباستخدام القياس التتبعي بعد مرور شهرين من التطبيق تبين إستمرار أثر البرنامج. AB - The research aimed to identify the effectiveness of a program based on self-development skills in improving the professional performance of kindergarten teachers in Kuwait, and the research sample consisted of (15) kindergarten teachers. The researcher conducted a training program based on self-development skills, and the results revealed the effectiveness of the program based on self-development skills in improving the professional performance of kindergarten teachers in Kuwait, and by using follow-up measurement after two months of implementation, it was found that continues impact of the program.
