AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن التأثير المباشر وغير المباشر للشغف الوظيفي في الكفاءة المهنية الرقمية عن طريق أسلوب التفسير التفاؤلي كمتغير وسيط، والتعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين هذه المتغيرات، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (264) معلم ومعلمة على أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في مقياس الشغف الوظيفي، مقياس الكفاءة المهنية الرقمية، مقياس أسلوب التفسير التفاؤلي. توصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: وجود تأثير غير مباشر للشغف الوظيفي (عن طريق أسلوب التفسير التفاؤلي كمتغير وسيط) على الكفاءة المهنية الرقمية لدى عينة الدراسة المستهدفه، وأن زيادة الشغف الوظيفي يرتبط إيجابيا بكل من الكفاءة المهنية وأسلوب التفسير التفاؤلي، وتم تقسير النتائج في ضوء الأدبيات النظرية لمتغيرات الدراسة، والدراسات السابقة التي تناولت متغيرات الدراسة وفي ضوء النتائج وتفسيرها تم صياغة مجموعة من التوصيات. AB - The study's objective has been devoted to uncovering the difference between direct and indirect impact of job passion on professional digital competence via optimistic explanatory style an intervening variable, and to see if these concocts are correlated as variables. the study sample comprised (264) teacher as a whole. The research has designed three scales for Measuring job passion, professional digital competence, and optimistic explanatory style. Findings of the study have revealed an indirect impact of job passion on professional digital competence among the subjects of the study, and that there is a job positive correlation between the increase capacity of job passion and professional digital competence via optimistic explanatory style.
