AB - هدف البحث إلى مدى فاعلية برنامج إرشادي بنائي معرفي لتنمية مهارات القيادة المستقبلية لدى الشباب الجامعي. تكونت عينة التحقق من الكفاءة السيكومترية لأداة البحث من (382) من الشباب الجامعي، أما العينة الأساسية تكونت من (30) طالبا. استخدم الباحث مقياس مهارات القيادة المستقبلية (إعداد الباحث). تم تطبيقه قبليا ثم بعديا بعد تطبيق البرنامج الارشادي. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة على مقياس مهارات القيادة المستقبلية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية بعد تطبيق البرنامج الإرشادي عليهم. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق بين القياسيين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة التجريبية لصالح القياس البعدي. عدم وجود فروق بين القياسين البعدي والتتبعي على مقياس مهارات القيادة المستقبلية. AB - The research aimed to assess the effectiveness of a cognitive constructive guidance program in developing future leadership skills among university youth. The sample for assessing the psychometric efficiency of the research tool consisted of 382 university youth, while the main sample comprised 30 students. The researcher used a Future Leadership Skills Scale developed by the researcher, administered both before and after the implementation of the program. The results indicated statistically significant differences between the mean ranks of the experimental group and the control group on the Future Leadership Skills Scale in favor of the experimental group after the implementation of the guidance program. Furthermore, the results revealed differences between the pre-test and post-test measures for the experimental group in favor of the post-test, with no differences between the post-test and follow-up measures on the Future Leadership Skills Scale.
