AB - هدف البحث إلى تعرف العلاقة الارتباطية بين الاهتمام الاجتماعي والتفكير المستقبلي لدى طلبة الجامعة. استعملت الباحثة مقياس الاهتمام الاجتماعي ويتكون من (24) فقرة ضمن أربعة مجالات رئيسية ومقياس التفكير المستقبلي ويتكون من (47) فقرة ضمن مجالين رئيسيين. تم التحقق من الصدق والثبات باستخراج الخصائص الإحصائية لهما، وتم التوصل للنتائج بالوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة. بلغت عينة البحث (400) طالب وطالبة. توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) امتلاك عينة البحث للاهتمام الاجتماعي وبمستوى أعلى من المتوسط. 2) وجود فروق ذو دلالة في الاهتمام الاجتماعي حسب متغير الجنس. 3) امتلاك عينة البحث للتفكير المستقبلي وبمستوى أعلى من المتوسط. 4) وجود فروق ذات دلالة في التفكير المستقبلي حسب متغير التخصص (علمي - إنساني). 5) وجود علاقة طردية دالة من الاهتمام الاجتماعي والتفكير المستقبلي. AB - The aim of this study is to investigate the correlation between social interest and future-oriented thinking among university students. The researcher utilized the Social Interest Scale, which consists of (24) items that are classified into four primary domains, and the Future Thinking Scale, which consists of (47) items that are classified into two primary domains. The features were extracted in order to assess their validity and reliability. The presented data pertains to a statistical analysis that was conducted using appropriate methods. The study's sample comprised of (400) students, both male and female. The research produced the subsequent findings: The observed sample population demonstrates a higher level of social interest in comparison to the standard. There are significant differences in social interest based on gender. According to the acquisition of the research sample for the purpose of advanced contemplation, there are significant differences in cognitive abilities based on the specialization factor, specifically in the fields of science and humanities.
