AB - هدف البحث إلى تعرف واقع جودة البيئة التربوية في رياض الأطفال لمدينة بغداد وفقا لكل مكون من مكوناتها البشرية (الإدارة، المعلمات، الطفل) والمادية (المنهج، والمبنى وتجهيزاته)، ومستوى الجودة للبيئة التربوية بحسب متغير المؤهل العلمي لمديرة الروضة، والمعلمات، والتعرف على المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق الجودة في البيئة التربوية من وجهة نظر المعلمات في رياض الأطفال. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (70) معلمة في (28) روضة من رياض الأطفال الحكومي في مدينة بغداد، المديرية العامة لتربية الرصافة الأولى. استعملت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي والاستبيان كأداة للبحث، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى نسبة تحقق ضعيفة في المؤهل العلمي من قبل المعلمات والمديرات في تخصص رياض الأطفال، ونسبة تحقق ضعيفة في البنى والتجهيزات. لخص البحث ضرورة توفير مخصصات مادية ومالية لدعم رياض الأطفال، ودعم وتوفير المؤهلات العلمية الأكاديمية في تخصص رياض الأطفال في الهيكل الإداري لمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وأن تتلقى معلمات رياض الأطفال إعدادا تربويا مناسبا مستمر لرفع جودة البيئة التعليمية. AB - The aim of the research is to know the reality of quality in the educational environment and kindergarten institutions in the city of Baghdad according to each of its human components (administration, teachers, children) and material (curriculum, building and its equipment), and the quality level of the educational environment according to the educational qualification variable of the kindergarten director, and the teachers. And to identify the obstacles that prevent the achievement of quality in the educational environment from the point of view of teachers in kindergartens. The study sample consisted of (70) female teachers in (28) kindergartens from government kindergartens in the city of Baghdad / the General Directorate of Education of Rusafa First, and the researcher used the method The descriptive questionnaire and the questionnaire as a tool for research, and the results of the research reached a weak verification rate in the educational qualification by female teachers and principals in the field of kindergarten, and a weak verification percentage in the structures and equipment. The research summarized the need to provide material and financial allocations to support kindergartens, support and provide academic qualifications in the kindergarten specialization in the administrative structure of kindergarten institutions, and that kindergarten teachers receive appropriate educational preparation on an ongoing basis to raise the quality of the educational environment.
