AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين السعادة النفسية والتوافق الدراسي لدي طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة، وبيان درجة السعادة النفسية لدى طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي في صورته الارتباطية، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة، حيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (207) طالبة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياس السعادة النفسية (إعداد روز ماري Rosemary A Abbott, 2006؛ وتعريب سامية أحمد جمال)، ومقياس التوافق الدراسي (إعداد الزيادي، 1964). أظهرت النتائج: 1) أن المتوسط الحسابي الفعلي لمتغير السعادة النفسية لدى طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة بلغ (86.03)، الأمر الذي يشير إلى ارتفاع درجة السعادة النفسية لدى طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة. أن الوزن النسبي لدرجة السعادة النفسية لدى طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة كانت نسبته (77%). 2) أن المتوسط الحسابي الفعلي لمتغير التوافق الدراسي لدي طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة بلغ (132.02)، الأمر الذي يشير إلى ارتفاع درجة التوافق الدراسي لدى طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة. 3) أن مستوي التوافق الدراسي طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة جاء مرتفعا بنسبة (82.6%)، أن الوزن النسبي لدرجة التوافق الدراسي لدى طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة كانت بنسبة (73%). 4) أن معامل الارتباط بين السعادة النفسية والتوافق الدراسي لدى طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة هي معامل ارتباط موجب يقدر ب (0.354) ودلالته الإحصائية تقل عن مستوى الدلالة (α<0.01) مما يدل على وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية (موجبة) ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α<0.01) بين السعادة النفسية والتوافق الدراسي لدى طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة. 5) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α<0.05) في درجة السعادة النفسية لدى طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة تعزى إلى متغيرات: (التخصص، المستوى الدراسي، المعدل التراكمي). 6) عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α<0.05) في درجة التوافق الدراسي لدى طالبات كلية العلوم والآداب بمحافظة قلوة تعزى إلى متغيرات: (التخصص، المستوى الدراسي، المعدل التراكمي)، وفي ضوء النتائج تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات. AB - The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between psychological happiness and academic compatibility among students of the College of Science and Arts in Qalwa Governorate, and to indicate the degree of psychological happiness among students of the College of Science and Arts in Qalwa Governorate. And showing the degree of academic compatibility of students of the College of Arts and Sciences in Qalwa Governorate, the study followed the descriptive, associative approach, The study sample was randomly chosen from the community of female students of the College of Arts and Sciences in Qalwa Governorate, where the number of the sample population reached (702) female students, To achieve the aims of the study, a psychological happiness scale was prepared by Rosemary A Abbott (2006) and Samia Ahmed Gamal was localized, And the measure of academic compatibility prepared by (Al-Ziyadi, 1964), and the results showed that there is a positive (positive) correlation relationship with a statistical significance at the level of significance (α<0.05) between psychological happiness and academic compatibility among students of the College of Science and Arts in Qalwa Governorate, the high degree of psychological happiness in Students of the College of Arts and Sciences in Qalwa Governorate, the degree of psychological happiness among students of the College of Sciences and Arts in Qalwa Governorate came high (86%), The degree of psychological happiness among the students of the College of Arts and Sciences in Qalwa Governorate was (77%). The degree of academic consistency among students of the College of Arts and Sciences in Qalwa Governorate was high (82.6%). The degree of academic consistency among students of the College of Arts and Sciences in Qalwa Governorate was (73%). There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α<0.05) in the degree of psychological happiness among students of the College of Arts and Sciences in Qalwa Governorate attributed to variables: There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (α<0.05) in the degree of academic compatibility of students of the College of Science and Arts in Qalwa Governorate attributed to variables: (specialization, academic level, cumulative average).
