AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات المهنية لمعلمي ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في محافظة العاصمة عمان وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات. استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (73) معلما ومعلمة لذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، كما قام الباحث باعتماد وتطوير مقياس الاحتياجات التدريبية والمعد من قبل حمدان (2018)، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الدرجة الكلية للاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد جاءت مرتفعة بكافة أبعادها الاحتياجات التدريبية النظرية أم العلمية، كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في الاحتياجات المهنية لمعلمي ذوي اضطراب التوحد في محافظة العاصمة عمان تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمستوى التعليمي للمعلمين. AB - The study aimed to identify the professional needs of teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder in the capital city of Amman and its relationship to some variables. Descriptive analytical approach was used. The study sample consisted of (73) teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder. The researcher used a scale which developed by Hamdan 2018. The study concluded that the overall score of professional needs for teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder came high in all dimensions theoretically and practically. Also, the results showed that there were no significant differences in the professional needs of teachers of students with autism spectrum disorder attributed to the gender and educational level variables.
