AB - يهدف البحث التعرف على: 1) التعاطف الذاتي لدى طلبة الجامعة. 2) الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في التعاطف الذاتي تبعا لمتغير الجنس (ذكور - إناث). ولتحقيق أهداف البحث قام الباحث ببناء أداة للتراحم الذاتي على وفق نظرية (نيف) وقام الباحث بصياغة (36) فقرة على (3) أبعاد بواقع (12) فقرة لكل بعد وكل الفقرات بصورتها الإيجابية، وبعد تطبيق المقياس على العينة المكونة من (400) طالب وطالبة توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) أن طلبة الجامعة يتمتعون بالتعاطف الذاتي. 2) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير الجنس (الذكور والإناث). AB - This research aimed to identify: 1) Self-compassion among university students. 2) Statistically significant differences in self-compassion according to the gender variable (male, female). To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built a tool for self-compassion according to the theory of (Neef), and the researcher formulated (36) paragraphs on (3) dimensions, with (12) paragraphs for each dimension and all the paragraphs in their positive form, and after applying the scale on the sample consisting of (400) students. The researcher found the following: 1) University students enjoy self-compassion. 2) There are no statistically significant differences according to the gender variable, males and females.
