AB - هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور برنامج القيادة المدرسية في المركز التخصصي للتدريب المهني للمعلمين في تطوير المهارات القيادية لدى خريجيه من مديري المدارس ومساعديهم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (204) متدربا شملت خمس محافظات وهي (مسقط وشمال الباطنة، وجنوب الباطنة، وشمال الشرقية، والداخلية)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة لقياس مدى ممارسة مديري المدارس ومساعديهم للمهارات القيادية، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور برنامج القيادة المدرسية في المركز التخصصي للتدريب المهني للمعلمين كان بدرجة "كبيرة" في المتوسط العام بمتوسط حسابي (2.61). AB - The study aimed to identify the role of the school leadership program at the Specialized Center for Vocational Training for Teachers in developing the leadership skills of its graduates from school principals and their assistants. The study sample consisted of (204) trainees, which included five Governorates (Muscat, North Al Batinah, South Al Batinah, North Al Sharqiyah, and Al Dakhiliyah), and to achieve the objectives of the study, the study adopted the descriptive survey method, and a questionnaire was used to measure the extent to which school principals and their assistants practice leadership skills. The Specialized Center for Vocational Training for Teachers was "significantly" in the general average with a mean of (2.61). (Published abstract) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_en.gif
