AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة المتوسطة لأساليب تنمية مهارات التفكير الابتكاري بمنطقة حائل، وتحقيقا لهذا الهدف فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، حيث قام الباحث بإعداد بطاقة ملاحظة لأداء المعلمين تكونت من(20) ممارسة تدريسية لأساليب تنمية مهارات التفكير الابتكاري موزعة على النحو التالي: (7 ممارسات لتنمية مهارات الطلاقة، 7 ممارسات لتنمية مهارة المرونة، 6 ممارسات للتنمية مهارة الأصالة) وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها بالطرق العلمية المناسبة، وتم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (29) معلم علوم بالمرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة حائل، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن ممارسة معلمي العلوم لأساليب تنمية مهارات التفكير الابتكاري جاء بدرجة متوسط، وكانت أقل الممارسات هي المتعلقة بمهارات الأصالة حيث جاءت ضعيف. AB - The aim of the research is to identify the actual level of science teachers’ practice in the middle school of methods for developing innovative thinking skills in the Hail region. As follows: (7 practices to develop fluency skills, 7 practices to develop flexibility skill, 6 practices to develop the skill of originality) and its validity and stability were verified by appropriate scientific methods, and it was applied to a sample of (29) middle school science teachers in Hail, and the Results showed The science teacher’s practice of the methods of developing innovative thinking skills came to an average degree, and the least practices were related to the skills of originality, where it came weak.
