AB - هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على متطلبات وتحديات توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمنهج المختلط في بحوث الإدارة والقيادة التربوية بالجامعات السعودية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 85 عضو هيئة تدريس في تخصص الإدارة والقيادة التربوية بالجامعات السعودية. وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات من المشاركين. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها ضرورة توفير متطلبات توظيف أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمنهج المختلط في بحوث الإدارة والقيادة التربوية بالجامعات السعودية. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود بعض التحديات التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية في توظيف المنهج المختلط في بحوث الإدارة والقيادة التربوية ومنها الوقت والجهد الكبير الذي يتطلبه جمع وتحليل البيانات باستخدام المنهج المختلط، وعدم قناعة بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس بتوظيف المنهج المختلط في أبحاثهم العلمية، وقلة المراجع العلمية المتخصصة في المنهج المختلط بالمكتبة الجامعية، وقلة الدورات التدريبية المقدمة حول المنهج المختلط. AB - The study aimed at identifying the requirements and challenges of employing faculty members of the mixed methods approach in educational administration and leadership research in Saudi universities. The study used the descriptive survey method, and the study sample consisted of 85 faculty members in the field of educational administration and leadership in Saudi universities. The questionnaire was used as a data collection tool to collect the data from the participants. The study yielded several findings, the most important of which is the need to provide requirements to support faculty members in using the mixed methods approach in educational administration and leadership research in Saudi universities. The study also found that there are some challenges facing faculty members in employing the mixed methods approach in educational administration and leadership research, including the great time and effort required to collect and analyze data using the mixed methods approach, and the lack of conviction of some faculty members to employ the mixed methods approach in their scientific research, and the lack of academic references in the university library, and the lack of training courses regarding the mixed methods approach.
