AB - هدف البحث إلى التعرف إلى أثر استخدام عقلية النمو في التحصيل الدراسي والدافعية نحو التعلم لدى تلميذات الصف السادس الابتدائي. واتبع في البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي لقياس أثر (عقلية النمو في التحصيل الدراسي الدافعية نحو التعلم). وقد جرى تطبيق أداتي البحث: (الاختبار التحصيلي، ومقياس الدافعية نحو التعلم)، على عينة تكونت من (30) تلميذة، جرى تقسيمهن إلى مجموعة تجريبية (15) تلميذة، وضابطة (15) تلميذة أظهرت نتائج البحث فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات تلميذات المجموعتين في التطبيق البعدي للاختبار التحصيلي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وأظهرت النتائج فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات تلميذات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين، القبلي والبعدي لمقياس الدافعية نحو التعلم لدى تلميذات الصف السادس الابتدائي، وذلك الصالح القياس البعدي. وقد تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، في ضوء نتائج البحث، من أهمها: توظيف فكرة عقلية النمو في المجال التعليمي للصف السادس الابتدائي لتحسين مستوى التحصيل الدراسي. AB - The research aimed to identify the effect of using a growth mindset on academic achievement and motivation towards learning among sixth-grade students. The research followed the quasi-experimental approach to measure the impact of (growth mindset) on (academic achievement, motivation toward learning). The two research tools (the achievement test and the learning motivation scale). The sample was consisted of (30) female students, who were divided into experimental group (15) female students, and a control group (15) female student. The results revealed statistically significant differences between the two groups in the achievement test for the experimental group and statistically significant on the learning motivation scale in favor of the dimensional application to experimental group. A set of recommendations were reached, which employ the idea of a growth mindset in the educational field of the sixth grade to improve the level of academic achievement.
